The whole experience was excellent. As it most often is with Delta
Cabin was not pressurized properly. Several passengers had respiratory difficulties.
I was happy that I was able to get a last minute flight but unfortunately my seat was a middle seat. Even with Delta Comfort I wasn't comfortable
There’s not much to say about a one hour flight. This is a connection from LA to RNO that I missed the previous night due to a mechanical check delay on my originating flight from JFK to LAX. The short flight itself was fine. Instructions from the pilot and crew were per usual. The coffee was barely lukewarm, which possibly was purposeful so we would down it quickly. Bags were already on carousel upon reaching baggage claim, which was excellent.
Flight was warm for first few hours and quite rough
Seat was extremely hard which made even a short 1 hour 20 minute flight fairly uncomfortable.
Everything was good except wifi and a leaking drink chiller. The floor was all wet and my bag was soaked. Did not notice until debarking. Have not heard back from Delta. Even though this was leg one of an international flight in first class, they denied access to their Sky Club - very disappointing!
The staff was fine. The plane was extremely tight, and I paid for the wifi and it did not work at all. I was actually going to ask for a refund.
two hour delay and the Delta representative on the PA system was unable to understand
An awesome flight crew. FC seat cushion just doesn’t cut it for a 3+ hour flight.
Mediocre would be best description. Food bland. Seat biz class uncomfortable to sleep. Crew never dimmed lights completely in an overnight flight to Europe. Would avoid AA if possible.
Massimo, flight attendant was very authentic, attentive - wonderful. Food/wrap was just okay.
I am an AA flyer for a very long time... AA has yet to disappoint.
Arriving plane went to wrong gate. Flight Attendant was late. Was in no Hurry when he arrived. Flight was fine. Plane had to wait 20 minutes to get assigned a gate due to designated gate tied up. barely connected.. Boarded extremely late on final leg of trip.
See prior comment about how Kayak mishandled my reservation and delayed my arrival by 6 hours.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
The screens were inoperable for movies and such, but everything else was just fine
Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.
