I did not get the meal of my choice, also as I tried to check in at home, the system did not give me much choices to respond to, instead the system blocked me entirely from early check in and it wasn't enough time to make calls. I think check in should be made available at least 48-72hrs ahead not just 24hrs. Also walking from terminal to terminal in Frankfurt is way too far, it seems about 2miles + of walk.
Old fashioned seat, no usb to charge my phone, battery went ;off and couldn't make a call to my family to assure them of a half way safe trip while stopping over for almost 6 hours in Ataturk Intl. Airport, Turkey.
clean. Seat covers nice and clean. furniture color scheme pleasant.
1. Seat distance by far too less.
2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable.
3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available.
4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example.
5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food.
6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.
Nice airplane and very friendly staff once finally on board.

I should never have been sold the flight. The connecting time was too short - even under normal circumstances without delay I was told that I had a solid chance of missing the flight.
Furthermore, once I finally made it into Montreal for my connecting flight, no one did anything to expedite my experience. They tried to get me to my final destination 24 hours after I was supposed to be there - they had a packet of accommodations for hotel and flight already prepped (mind you, I had only missing my flight by 10 minutes so clearly my seat was sold to someone else), and they didn't want to accommodate me in any other way.
Explaining that I was meeting a friend who had taken another flight, I was told that the problem was not his and there was nothing I could do. Even though I found flights on Kayak and on Air Canada site for an alternate flight getting me out to Europe a few hours later, I was told "no can do." I asked him to speak to a manager and suddenly he was on the phone and (successfully) accomodating me.
The flight was a connecting flight (connection in Rome to final destination Barcelona) - and he hadn't booked me the Rome to Barcelona portion. i was told - "go see the stand in Rome and they will have your ticket ready to go."
They didn't have anything on their record but did tell me that this flight should not have been booked for me without having a ticket for my final destination.
This was a hellish experience and I will be writing reviews and contacting Air Canada further to discuss this whole process.
we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.
Liked the peppy, retro outfits. Boarding has no process: first come, first serve- seems to work just fine (versus all the Group numbering other airlines do). Plenty of room for carry-ons and overheads, and they actually try to bag people's bags before they get on the plane that should go underneath the seat in front of them in order to save overhead space.
No complimentary snacks and no on-flight magazine. No TVs or phone wifi for that matter, so bring a book or be ready to snooze!
The seats were comfortable enough. This was also the cheapest of the overseas flights.
You pay for wine! This is the only international flight I've ever had where I had to pay for my wine. They served dinner really late so I stayed up until almost 11 EST to eat and to drink wine before going to sleep. They were understaffed so they always seemed overwhelmed and stressed.
No movies or screens.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
