Seemed like an old plane. Very noisy. The seat cushions were so old that the metal bracing of the seats were poking through. There was plenty of leg room though.
Flight was delayed over 2 hours, then landed at a different airport!
The whole experience from check in to deboarding was fantastic.
Just an evening before they canceled my ticket and offered me ticket costing 3 x times more than. I will not fall prey to these scams,Will never book through kayak now. Such a bad experience.
was okay except.. 1)the porter check in webpage doesn't let you print your boarding pass from home 2)that there was a 90 min cut off for checking in on the kiosk in general, and to print a boarding pass, even tho i checked in online already....
Great! Personable crew. I love that they pour complimentary beer and wine.
I love the 2 seats per row. More room. The crew were excellent.
It was amazing although they did bump us up to the front which gave us more leg room and a meal. The service was great! The staff were friendly. :)
Overall very good... staff were friendly and helpful. boarding was good for the most part, but a little hard to get our carry-on bags on there.... I think people should be directed to keep their coats and small bags with them until all the carry-ons are loaded, and then, if there is space, they can put their small bags and coats up top.. makes it much easier to put baggage up. i loved the internet feature, but the entertainment was not there unless you have your own Netflix or similar platform. My chair did not recline, which was very annoying, and the arms won't go up near the isle, which makes it tough to get in and out of the seat.
Staff were excellant. Only snacks served. Some turbulence so we were offered Free beer or wine.
Not so much porter it's your site! Not good
They are a sister company with Air Transat and the two companies do not work well together. If you have any issues the two companies will blame each other and you will miss your flights. The help line does not help
Never book through a third party. Book through Air transats website. Terrible process to get help and many issues happen with them and sister companies because half the flights you book with them aren’t even through air transat.
The plane was pretty full, and we dis not have any includes meal for our 4h30 flight? And on-board entertainment wasn't available, there was no TV or plugging to charger your device on the plane. They told us to download an app if we wanted to watch movies but it never connected, that was a disappointment, the r we st was very good though and the crew were really nice!
Seats were very tight especially for first leg of trip.
Not necessarily a Transat issue but it took 2 hours to go through immigration. Tried to reach out to Transat for resolution but was unable to reach an agent.
The flight was excellent, once it started, however we were delayed two hours when the first plane’s engines wouldn’t start. They found another identical plane and transferred us and our luggage in under two hours and made up almost an hour in the air.
Really low cost trip for the huge amount I paid…o paid 550 dollars just for the trip, one way trip, plus 95 for 1 luggage’s and the second 135 dollars…no blanket, not headphones for entertainment, food was served after 3 hours and 2 hours after, breakfast was served Bad, low cost company for high prices
The flight and crew were good. Departure and arrival were timely. Check-in was professional and helpful in Malaga on return trip (same on outbound trip from Toronto). The ad before ach program was punishing - specifically for the internet/data service with the content creator that was showed twice in each ad pod. It was so annoying I made an effort to forget the name and would not use the service. Provide an opportunity to fast forward or skip the darn ads once they have been initially viewed.

The flight attendants were super! They created a cosy and warm flight atmosphere!
West Jet flight was cancelled and I was not notified. I found out when I tried to check in on-line. Spent 4 hours on the phone with West Jet and Just Fly trying to figure what happened.
It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good
The cancelation of my flight from Toronto to Edmonton without any solution given to me for my next flight. Very poor connection from Toronto to Edmonton
Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.
Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.
Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.
At 6'2" the seat space was very cramped for economy. Otherwise good.
No issues other than paying twice for my seat selection.
Everything was great, clean plane and washrooms. Flight was on time, excellent boarding process
The app was great, service was wonderful, everything was quick and easy
Horrible. Multiple delays for every reason imaginable. Missed connection which led to missing work. How does a plane make a detour to refuel. Do the fueling then have to refuel a second time at the exact same spot? Mind blowing.
