The inflight crew were amazing!

The check in crew was poorly trained and rude. At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience.

Nothing. We were not on the flight because the gate closed before we got there. We were delayed because my wife had booked assistance from departure area to gate.

We were delayed by Airport assistance for my wife although it was booked well in advance and Easyjet gate closed before we got there despite the fact they were told we were on our way we had to rebook at a cost of €337 single for two persons from Malaga to Belfast.

Very fast checkin and very fast boarding. Personal and Bordpersonal was very friendly.

The Tax for my package about 15kg for 39 Euro one way was very higth.(price for fligth back and retourn 100 Euro)

I had to pay €129.00 for an extra piece of luggage a a service free of €162.00. The crew was unfriendly. They did not say hello nor did they say good. Last but not least, they did not provide me with an entry form.

The seats were very uncomfortable, I am a skinny men I could tuch the passenger next to me and it was very bad you know I understand they have to make a profit but is not about money at all time what happened to customer service I felt I was a stack of Sardines very bad I would not fly Whit this airline again . Crew were nice, and boarding was quick.

No entertainment. Food and drinks for purchase only. Uncomfortably firm seats.

To be told last minute I can not fly and have to be put on a waiting list by the check-in lady mrs A in the situation when we had a technical error with my online check-in (my husband was successfully checked in but not me) and sent to the gate to hope for a last minute cancellation. One of the lady mrs B at the gate didnt communicate properly with her colleague mrs C standing next to her (who told my husband to wait on the side before validating his boarding until i could get a seat) and 'gave' my husband seat away to another waiting passenger (even though it was written on my ticket I was the first on the waiting list) even though we were trying to anticipate the situation but she only replied 'one minute please' without listening and resulting in giving away my husband ticket afterall! lack of professionalism, internal commnication between personel and overall obvious messy organization with disrespect to passengers. without saying that the whole waiting time, i had to sit on the ground and had nowhere to seat properly while 7 months pregnant. Will never fly easyjet ever again.

Loved the cheap fare - went off pretty much as expected - big crowds at security in Bristol, paid for express - it seems every little extra is charged for - paid £15 each for an extra legroom seat which also gave us priority boarding and an extra bag, although it wasn't clear if they were being strict about hand luggage or not.

We sat in the XL first row - seats don't recline! and everyone trooped past us when boarding and a stiff breeze blew on us through the door. Had to keep our down coats on but then when the door closed and it warmed up we weren't allowed to take it off because it was an emergency exit row and now clutter! So we got a little overheated until at altitude - weird. The coffee was £2.50 for instant! weird.

Sitting is poor

Food n/a, enernteiment n/a Spacewise - bad.

First 45 minute delay because the plane arrived late. Then another half hour or more delay because of passengers being rowdy. It was an endless reshuffle of luggage in the compartments.

Window seat, friendly staff

One bag rule, dont get a personal bag. Small seats with less leg room than other budget lines. Cant even fit carry on under seat in front. Overall the worst of all the budget flights I took. I would recommend WOW or Norwegian over easyjet anyday.

The cost of the flight was great, but they charged for baggage way too much. Miserable, misleading ground crew. I hope I don't have to fly with them anymore. :(
