Only downside was the legroom and seat width, which is always a problem unless I spend more for a premium seat.

I was re-booked onto another flight because my original flight was delayed and I would have missed my connector. I ended up in the “C” group after paying extra to be in the “A “ group on the original flight. At least if you’re going to re-book people, re-book them into the same group.
Was good. I miss the free 2 checked bags. That was part of what made Southwest special
Multiple delays and gate changes. Arrived at final destination 6 hours late. All rental cars had been taken.

Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
Everything I mentioned earlier - the airbus was more comfortable indeed and the experience was further enhanced.
Delta continues to set the benchmark for traveler-friendly service with minimal disruption and clear communication within the mainland US (coast to coast). I am consistently pleased to be a Delta customer, and this experience once again met my expectations. There was a brief delay departing from MIA due to a technical issue that required the aircraft to return to the gate. However, the situation was handled professionally and transparently. Fortunately, my planned layover allowed ample buffer time, so the adjustment caused no stress. Overall, another smooth and reassuring experience.

Flight was delayed and no reasons provided. After the passengers were boarded, the crew made announcement that the captain has jot arrived and he would take another 15 mins. All passengers patiently sat until the captain came and started. Terrible experience!

Totally worth the miles to upgrade to Delta Comfort. Plenty of legroom.

Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
The screens were inoperable for movies and such, but everything else was just fine
Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.
2 hour delay due to equipment failure. No updates via the app and airport screens (which continued to show a departure time in the past). AA eventually switched planes and the new plane was not catered or cleaned correctly.
I booked an aisle seat and was given a middle. At 6'4" 230lbs, it is not ideal to fly in the middle row for myself and passengers.
The aircraft had several problems - from excess fuel to non operational ac. Two hours of delay in Chicago could have been avoided with proper planning and aircraft maintenance.
They made me pay $40 to check a bag that was listed as free when I bought my ticket. Then before boarding they offered to check any bags free.
Terrible. Spirit cancelled the flight with 3 hours notice and were absolutely no help getting another flight. Had to make my own reservation on another airline and arrived in Dallas 12 hours later.
They cancelled the flight due to crew unavailability. The next day they cancelled the flight again.
We were on the tarmac waiting for a gate at Logan for 40, minutes. The crew handled it well. Can't blame the airline.

For the cost you can't e too critical, but the inablitiy to recline the seat and minimal cushioning in the seats made for a less than comfortable flight. Other than that we had an ealry departure and arrival, boarding was smooth.
Horrible experience. First and last time using this airline. Made an announcement that boarding will start in 15 minutes, canceled the flight 5 minutes later due to no airline staff. Had to book another flight on Delta since Spirit had no other flights arriving to my original destination the same day. I wouldn't recommend anyone to fly with Spirit. No wonder why it consistently ranks high among worst airlines.
The plane was supposed to leave at 12:59 Amma and another plane took us around 9:30 am. There were 7 delay announcements. We were to receive a voucher of $12 back to pay for food at any place in the airport. One passenger tried to use the voucher was denied. I did not receive the voucher for me, my son, and grandson. I went to the desk and informed them and they took my phone # and email and they told me to wait. I did and was never sent. The plane was uncomfortable, the crew was dismissive of anyone beyond the last two seats. I will NEVER fly or recommend Spirit Airlines again.
I knew what I was getting into, but never again. Hour long bag drop. 1.5 hour delay. 1 hr 45 mins sitting on the tarmac after landing. They lost a bunch of bags but luckily not mine. Awful experience.
Our flight got rescheduled 48 hours later, the airline didn’t pay a penny for our expenses.
Uncomfortable seats and tiny tray table. Expensive snacks. Flight was on time and crew was pleasant but take me back to Southwest!
