Cons: "Both the to and return flights, I was never able to get their entertainment to work on my iPhone. The website fails to load in the browser even though I’m on their in flight WiFi and following instructions specifically"

Pros: "Despite the fact that im a platinum member they offer no benefits during the flight. Seats are torture chairs . Im definitely moving my bussiness w another airline"

Cons: "At this stage, you cannot use such an old plane for an overseas 8 hour flight. The plane was so old it even had the cigarrete disposers on the arm rest and it didn't have TVs not power outlets."

Pros: "Premium economy seats/service made the flight much more tolerable than previous overnight flight to Europe. Would definitely fly this class again. Non-stop from Charlotte to Madrid made travel relatively short."

Pros: "When our flight was delayed in Denver the agent at the check in gate worked very hard to get our flight plans changed with as little impact as possible."
Cons: "We understand that delays happen but due to a delay on American Airlines we have lost our luggage and it doesn't seem likely it will be returned. We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Pros: "AA people are better to talk to and are trying to locate bags but still not successful"

Cons: "The e-ticket did not include the terminal information. As it was an Iberia flight I went to the terminal 7 where Iberia operates. However, after waiting on line when I got to the counter the attendant informed me that the flight was operated by American Airlines and I had to go to terminal 8. I ran to terminal 8 but by the time I got to the check in it was 6:15 and they said they said the check-in for the flight at 7(which was actually at 6:55pm) was closed for check-in. I was lucky enough that there was another Iberia flight (this one from terminal 7) st 8:30pm and the supervisor was able to find me a spot in that flight."

Cons: "Waiting for the bathroom I overheard a flight attendant telling the other one that she "wished that when she grew old she wasn't so damn stupid like some of the passengers on this flight". She wasn't even trying to be silent, which I thought was a bit shameless on her part and mostly why I'm writing this review. (Maybe she wasn't smart enough to think some of us understood English?) Very unprofessional."

Pros: "We got delayed 2 hours, we got very early to the airport, went to the gate, all the sudden they change the gate number and didn't tell nobody, we got delayed 2 hours and they didn't say nothing. we had perfect weather in NY so I don't understand the delay. The crew members were not friendly, the airplane was so old, my daughter called "the dinosaur" is the airplanes from the 70"s . This was my first time flying with this airline and I don't think Ill do it again. We were going to a wedding in Madrid and we miss it for the delayed."

Cons: "AA lost my luggage for several days. This is unacceptable. It required my wife and I to spend money on items that were unnecessary. We could not obtain good information on whether they were lost or mis-routed. The worry of whether we should buys clothes, toiletries, etc. was a daily concern. Way to ruin a customer's vacation."
