Cons: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Pros: Great crew.

Cons: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Cons: Crew members in Amsterdam were very rude and disrespectful

Cons: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Pros: Flight was fina s far as air travel goes today. If they are forcing taller people to pay extra for comfort they have succeeded as in the future I will have to look into "comfort plus. I am not large, 6'1" 180# and my knees were tight to the seat in front with my back tight into the seat. Not a great way to spend 4 hours!!!

Cons: Extra personal space and food that isn't served frozen would be nice!

Cons: I sat in the last row, in the window seat, except there was no window at all. It was the only area of the plane without a window. The seat did not recline, and there was no window. It was claustrophobic to say the least.

Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Pros: I was fortunately upgraded to 1st class. The flight attendant was adequate. However, did not live up to the level of service I have come to expect.

Cons: The boarding process was awful. The gate agent was extremely rude - was shocked she was representing Delta. There was police on board arresting two passengers and crew was not saying anything.
