Flights were on time actually early service was good and crew cheerful
No meal service to the back of the plane as it started late or was too slow to get it out before it was time to land.
Experience was great - no complaints. Took off on time, landed early. Got to the gate relatively quickly - took a little bit of extra time to deplane but nothing excessive.
OK, we were delayed and had to de plane and reboard.

Wifi Bluetooth features for watching in flight movie was horrible. Screen kept blacking out no connection of sound although it said connected. Other than that smooth trip .
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!

Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.
I upgraded my seat and was promised it would be next to the emergency door for extra leg room and they said it was premium plus but it was at the back of the plane...same thing happened from Newark to Dubai
The flight was peaceful, just s slight turbulence, pilots and crews were all nice and made a great job! Arrived safely in the Philippines. Thank you ya’ll!
Terrible steward... Plane was quite empty... I asked to move "back" in the plane and the steward said no... Unnecessary power trip of mediocre people.

Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
It was really a terrific experience both going and returning on AA. Staff and crew were professional.
This short sector between Miami and JFK was undertaken purely for business purposes, with efficiency as the primary objective rather than a full inflight experience. Overall, the journey met its intended purpose; however, the ground experience at Miami stood out significantly. During check-in, I was unable to link my frequent flyer details from Qatar Airways (oneworld alliance) through either the self-service kiosk or web check-in. The situation was handled exceptionally well by the check-in agent, who demonstrated remarkable ownership. She coordinated across multiple counters, ensured my frequent flyer number was correctly reflected, reissued the boarding pass, and confirmed that mileage accrual would be recognized. Additionally, she ensured the boarding pass reflected priority status, enabling a seamless priority check-in experience without delays. This level of proactive service was both commendable and impactful. Boarding and the inflight experience, operated by American Airlines under a codeshare arrangement, were efficient but largely transactional. While operational delivery was smooth, there was no visible recognition of oneworld frequent flyer status onboard. In comparison to the consistently personalized engagement typically experienced with Qatar Airways, this absence was noticeable—though understandably a potential limitation of codeshare alignment rather than a direct service shortfall. In summary, while the flight itself fulfilled its operational intent, the exceptional professionalism and commitment demonstrated at the Miami check-in counter was the defining highlight of this journey. Greater consistency in elite recognition across partner airlines would further enhance the overall experience.

We left at 1030 am pacific from LA and supposed to land at 7 pm Eastern in NY. They made a detour, stopped in Philadelphia and didn’t land till 1130 PM Eastern!!! Worst flight experience with no pilot communication with no explanation as to what was going on. Everyone was very frustrated to say the least.
Seat was VERY uncomfortable. Flight was delayed and then boarded slowly. The crew was super helpful with boarding and supporting maximizing the luggage in the overhead.
My flight today was cancelled because it was Spirit Airlines but have received no refund.
Had a flight change had to get a credit.will I get my money back.

The worst. My flight was canceled :-- by email! -- at 10pm, just 8 hours prior to departure. Normally, given the early departure time, I would've been asleep. I was lucky to be awake and to be able to take action. Even worse, it turns out that the flight wasn't canceled (confirmed because I was at the airport and saw it loading), Spirit just canceled my reservation, probably because I got such a good rate! Utterly appalling. Notably, Spirit did not inform you (Kayak) of the change, so I kept getting alerts from you.
Delayed over two hours. Only knew about a 30 minute delay in advance
They canceled both the flight to Myrtle beach and the return flight. They are an awful airline and they ruined my trip. I will never book with Spirit again.
The flight was a big joke very uncomfortable I had a horrible experience and I will never fly with them again everything about the flight was bogus and I’m not happy with it at all this experience makes me not want to fly ever again
