Absolute nightmare dealing with British cancelled flight and then having them rebook me with American, their "partner" company. Spent three hours this morning dealing with these two unprofessional companies and their lack of communication between each other.

Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London.

I didn't like anything...not enough connecting time , the flights are consistently late making for 20 minute connections with passport control...with my 91 yr old mother running the airport...i will NEVER take this carrier again!!!

The crew was friendly and nice but not much help in dealing with the flight cancelation.

After a two hour delay at the gate and runway, our flight was canceled due to a mechanical malfunction. After we disembarked we stood in line for over an hour to rebook for the next days flight home. Before making to the booking desk we were then sent to the KLM customer service desk where we were told we would get a hotel voucher and an airline over night kit and NO access to our luggage. After waiting in this line for another hour and a half we received our voucher and were told to catch a shuttle to our hotel and another hour wait for the standing room only, half our bus ride to a hotel. After five and a half hours we made to the hotel. The experience was awful and seemed like Delta/KLM had never dealt with a flight cancelation before. The entire process needs improvement and so many levels— one can't help feeling that the airlines just don't care about the customer experience.

Good Comfort+ seat, but needs a bit more recline - especially on a 9+ hour flight. Nice crew.

Glad I have the comfort+ as the other seats have minimal leg room. Bathrooms could use a refresh.

Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule.

Easy check in, accommodations for a seat preference, kind crew service on board, good food, free entertainment-good selection of movies and music, at no extra charge. on time going to WAW, and 30 min. early coming back to EWR. Flight coming back was cancelled due to technical difficulties, but no problems with rescheduling, LOT rep. was very helpful. No forced charges for checked-in and carry-on bags-BIG differentiator ! used 787 Dreamliner.

I booked a flight from Los Angeles to Kiev and all my flights were cancelled. I had to spend 5 hours on the phone to fight for my refund. On the way going our plane got cancelled at the airport..It was impossible to rebook...they care nothing about their passengers.

My seat was comfortable, with good head and neck support.

BA doesn't allow guitars as carry ins, unlike most every other overseas carrier. That's a major negative for me, and I've spread the word to other musicians who will avoid the company. Terrible policy.

British Airways overbooked this flight and made it unclear if I can board my flight. Overbooking is such a greedy behavior and airlines should refrain from engaging in this dubious policy. It is the second time this happens to me with BA.
