Pros: I liked the fact that there were screens at each seat

Cons: I was extremely disappointed to be in the very last row and unable to recline. I had emailed and requested an aisle seat when I booked because I would need to express milk and get back and forth to the bathroom. I was told I would need to pay for the option to request a seat. Ridiculous! This was my first trip away from my 4 month old and I simply wanted to be comfortable. Instead I had to sit in the worst seat on the plane without even being able to easily get out to wash my hands before pumping.

Pros: Flight was delayed for 2 hours with no compensation

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Cons: Checking in was a nightmare. Long line and SLOW! Stood in line for over 2 hours - the tsa line that was longer only took 20 minutes. Many people were shut off from their flight due to Sun Country being so slow and they were not helpful to those that lost their flight. Counter staff was slow and many didn’t know what they were doing - had to wait for the manager to come walk them through checking in.

Pros: Love the how comfy the seats are and the USB charging ports at each seat.

Cons: Airfi could’ve been better. It didn’t load any movies for me at all. I got frustrated and just went to sleep.

Cons: Check in problems with precheck. There seems to be a consistent issue with seeing our precheck on our boarding pass. This has happened twice. Otherwise good overall. Time to fix the problem

Pros: The atl to bwi leg was not great. No inflight entertainment and the aircraft looked old.

Cons: A newer aircraft that doesn't show its age would be nice

Cons: We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!

Cons: The seat space/leg room is tiny. I found it impossible to fall asleep, being in the middle of a row of three with two "big" people in either side.

Pros: The plane wasn't super full so I could spread out more than if there had been someone next to me. The cabin crew was friendly.

Cons: Seats are too close together. 9 boarding groups is excessive. No one boarded between groups 1 and 6 basically. Maybe makes sense for larger flights, but for a smaller one 4 groups would have sufficed and been less confusing.

Cons: Had no entertainment, asked the attendent, she called simebody, but it didn't help and she didn't bother to come and explain. Food was really bad, undercooked and cold.

Pros: Fly attendants have no knowledge of hospitality. They arguing with customers and refusing to assist, blaming on company policies. My friends were assigned seats next to a toilet. No folding options. One of our friends has a back pain problems and got stuck for 5 hours. There were seats available upfront and Manager Gina could simply change our seats instead of dry “there is nothing I can do” I am not recommending this airline.

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Cons: Rebook travelers on a flight the same day if their original flight gets cancelled. Being held over for 48 hrs is. It acceptable.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.
