Cabin Crew was awesome.
Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight.
The flight attendants could not do enough for you.
Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in.
Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.
Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?
Flight was on time and quick and comfortable

Seats were ok. Downloaded media for each seat was diverse and entertaining. Food was alright.
Crew was pretty curt and not polite. They also 'didn't have time' to load my bag onto the plane, along with ~15 other people. I had to wait two days for it to arrive. 'No time' to load bags is kind of an odd and slightly unacceptable reason to not load baggage onto a plane. Airlines close check-in for flights 30 mins before departure time to ensure that all bags make it onto the plane. I was 3 hours early. Don't know why they 'didn't have time'. They also broke my friend's bag.
Food, entertainment, solid
Flight got rerouted to Chicago because of snow. Airline abandoned us for almost 10 hours. No one knew where to go, what to do. That part was horrible after a 15 hour flight.
Food was mainly excellent. Entertainment was mainly excellent, except the game choices were limited and the movies were edited.
1. Uncomfortable boarding at CAN: Had to go out in the cold to ride a BUS to the airplane: Why can't they use a BRIDGE like everyone else? Since our first leg was from, and our lest leg was to, very warm places, we were not prepared for near-freezing conditions. 2. Loss of baggage, CAN to MNL, flight CZ3091, 1/1/18: The luggage which had our clothes was delayed. Worse, the over-ground delivery of said luggage took too long: one third of our stay in the Philippines. I knew we'd wear the same clothes for almost 24 hours straight, didn't expect to do so for three additional days.
the flight from jakarta to guangzhou has no individual tv. and the layover time in guangzhou was too long. (from jakarta to LA).
My luggage went missing. It’s very disappointing. I was ensured that my luggage would not be affected by the delay of the previous flight. This ruined my first day in Bangkok.
The captain and first officer were extremely courteous and professional . I was impressed at the way the captain managed the delayed departure taking time to brief the passengers at the boarding gate. When we eventually changed planes and moved to another gate to board it all went without a hitch.
It was the typical cattle car flight. It was on time and crew were fine

Being selected for extra security because I am American was upsetting. Worst turbulence I ever experienced the pilot didn’t even try to avoid it. Finally landed stuck on the ground in the plane 50 minutes before we got to the gate. Plane landed at 420pm and I didn’t get my bag until almost 7 pm. This caused me to have to throw my suitcase away because I couldn’t make it to my connecting flight in time. Worst travel experience ever
