As always, it’s a pleasure to travel with KLM. It is one of my favorite airlines.

The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
Got rerouted from a straight flight from Orlando to Atlanta to Knoxville to a flight from Orlando to Detroit to Knoxville! Seriously!! Flight delay out of Detroit! Long day for what should have been a pretty easy travel day!
Boarding in Amsterdam is always chaotic. More complicated than needs to be ( boarding pass checked twice, once for general security, then by the airline). The bathrooms on this flight are dirty, and smelly. The food was mediocre at best The crew was decent
Didn't like sitting on the waiting pad for 30 minutes right after departing the gate. If you're going to do that, just don't board so people can still get up and walk around in the terminal. My luggage was damaged by the baggage handlers.
The gentleman at the gate I think his name is RIE was exceptional
Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.
Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.
On the return flight, flight attendant Britt went out of her way to inform passengers that several of us had tight connections.
Flight late, the waited for a long time for “personal” to arrive at gate to dock the plane in Rochester. So annoying. This flight was expected, why aren’t personel available for the jet bridge?
Kayak botched up the booking, i had to call delta and fix. In the process Delta failed to honor my comfort plus seat assignment that i had previously.
First class is comfortable. Enjoyed a movie and was able to relax compared to coach.
Older plane with finicky seats. Crew often seem to focus on "pet" clients and over extend services to some over others. I get less attention since I'm not a regular business class client. Regardless, I've paid the money and would expect equal attention.
Our flight attendant was stellar with great anticipation and attention to details. Food was very good, and overall flight, though very long, was really good.
Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.
Great food, and lots of it. They made us come to the gate two hours before the flight and you were stuck in the enclosure until you boarded with no bathroom or food or drink. My seat in business class was very claustrophobic, I could barely get into it and a large board blocked the window and made it even more claustrophobic
Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.

Some of the best service I’ve ever seen on an international flight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of choices and attention to detail. The seats are kind of old and narrow, but I have wide shoulders. The only area for improvement was making the cabin a little cooler.
It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. It’s comfortable the flight attendant. Respect you anything you ask for they gave you except the water.
We were experiencing delayed for 4 hours and of course they took us to Turkish airlines lounge but we could not rested up since there is no bedroom. It was tiring and long day for us🙏 Especially we didn’t fly until 5:45am morning for Miami🙏😢
On Turkish it is all about the food and the service. I am overwhelmed with the quality and variety of the dining service offered on business class. I prefer the updated A350 to the older B777 cabin layout, but both are comfortable. Flights left and arrived on time with updates from the captain. I will definitely fly with them again.
Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.
Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
Multiple delays and gate changes resulting in arrival with a 5 hour delay.
One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.

Meal and drink service was good. Old plane with old business class seats were quite disappointing
The flight was smooth, the plane was spacious and clean, the staff was kind and the food was decent.
Pretzels were a bit dry and dusty, however it is nice to have a choice between sweet and savory snacks.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Our screen kept turning off ...3 times...had to get crew attention to turn it on again
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.

The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.
Flight was delayed by several hours and then cancelled due to weather. But Staff was very helpful getting me on a different flight. United should offer food coupons and tooth brush and paste for stranded passengers
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
