Pros: Crew was great.

Pros: Delta always does a superior job - domestically and internationally!

Cons: I had window seats on all flights and was boarded after those in middle/aisle seats 3 out of 4 times. Less legroom in the cheap seats. High whining pitch on speaker during announcements on last leg.

Pros: The service on plane was great and so was the opportunity to check luggage, although I was happy I didn't have to.

Cons: Boarding from DTW to LAX, we had to stand for a long time on the jetway and it was really cold. It was the holding place after they checked my ticket. Otherwise, it was a great experience flying Delta.

Pros: Seats were very comfortable in first class. Very happy with that experience for short haul flight. Enjoyed the service. Flight attendant checked on me multiple times and offered beverages.

Cons: Snack/food choices.

Cons: Staff. Boarding. Fellow Passengers.

Cons: Transfer from international (T5) to T1 at O'Hare is very unpleasant..Generally O'Hare is a terrible airport.

Pros: Was your standard airlplane.

Cons: Plane was delayed due to a mechanical, then again because the cleaning crew didn’t do a good enough job the first time, then a seat mechanical, and then the truck used to back out onto the tarmac broke down

Cons: Plane was changed, lost all upgrades and assigned a random seat. One of the flight attendant had poor customer skills, was just rude overall.

Cons: PHX airport baggage claim was a mess. I had to wait 40 min to pick up the luggages.

Pros: Nice seating

Cons: They asked who would give there seat up for 600$ future flight credit and The first two people could be eligible. They ignored me (who was first) for a white couple who Came after me, and they got chosen and got the flight credit, but I was as clearly first. So I think it was more of a racist matter

Cons: Could have cleaned the spilt coffee from the tray table which was dry and sticky. Flight delays could have been communicated earlier (instead of after we were already delayed in boarding and it was already obvious)

Cons: The wifi didn't work, and this wasn't the first time thier wifi was out. I've been flying on jetblue frequently lately and that's my only issue. Everything else was good.

Cons: More than one service during a 6 hour flight and friendlier crew

Cons: Was too warm inside the plane. Boarding address was mobbed and not very well managed

Cons: Departures on both legs of the flight was delayed. First one 45 minutes and second one 20 minutes. The seat on the first flight was not the best and doesn’t seem to have a tall enough back section for taller people to rest their head.

Cons: I missed my connection flight in new Jersey. The customer service line in Newark only had 3 ppl for 50 who needed help.

Pros: The plane was not full so I had room to spread out even in economy

Cons: Instead of breakfast being served upon arrival (at 8:30PM), a lite lunch might have been better. The meals seemed out of sync with the times.

Cons: Flight crew did nothing ..... nothing!

Pros: The crew was so lovely and accommodating, flight was smooth, and I was impressed with the meal service. I travel a lot and this was one of my best experiences. I will definitely favor Delta in the future.

Cons: The seats were incredibly uncomfortable. This was a Comfort + seat. Very hard, unbearable for an overnight flight.

Cons: We delplaned out on the tarmac and we're bussed to the terminal. Plane boarded very late with no explanation. Plane from n.y. to GSP was delayed multiple times. Again we deplaned on the ground and had to walk up a lot of stairs (difficult for a couple of elderly people). I will never fly delta again.

Cons: Had to take shuttle to other side of airport which took over an hour. Very very poor experience. Also, Seats had no room pull down table.

Cons: It would have been nice to have the individual TVs on every screen given how long the flight was. At this point it seems like most international flights have them so I would have appreciated it here

Cons: The flight was delayed twice and ended up arriving hours after schedule. I get sometimes this happens. I was frustrated bc we were boarded and seated, ready to taxi with no pilot! It took another 30 minutes to get one! I realize when flights are late there are ripple effects but this was excessive.

Cons: When I made the reservation the code indicated that we would be able to purchase food on the flight. When I asked, the flight attendant said, nope, only choice is a pack of two cookies. We were starving on the 3.5 hour flight.

Cons: There was a very strong smell of urine in the back of the plane. Unfortunately, I was in the last row (38F). They (IAH) should offer TSA precheck after customs in the "connecting flights" area.

Cons: Flight was delayed twice causing us to miss our layover. The only way they initially could correct the issue was by booking us a flight 5 days later. Finally found a helpful person at the gate after calling American Airlines and getting no help. We lost day of our trip, but it’s better than 5.

Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Cons: Better snacks would be nice, and there was no entertainment available, even for personal devices.
