After arriving at AVP, I noticed that both my valeted carry-on and my checked-in suitcase were drenched. My bags were clearly mishandled, and all of my clothing and devices are now wet. Beyond disappointed."

Cons: "Leaving MKE was organized and orderly. No problems noted. Once in PHL, flight was delayed due to no crew. After an hour or so, boarded the plane. Was on the plane for 45 minutes with no explaination from the crew. It was an electrical problem. Had to inboard and wait 45 more minutes. Allow weld to rehoard again. Waited another 20 ministrations before leaving. I am all for safety, but communications need to improve."

Cons: "The long delays, the cancellation near midnight, the long lines to what I thought was going to be some type of reimbursement for all the inconvenience at now having to find lodging for the evening, spend an entire day back at the airport, and transport myself from the NEW airport they made available for me from the original airport I had chosen. Absolutely NO compensation or reimbursement due to "weather." While I understand they can't control the weather, this is literally one of the greatest elements in their company. They should have provisions FOR it. Running out of airlines I could trust and rely on, and thought American would deliver. But No, not even this one. Extremely disappointed and staying away from AA."

I booked the ticket with the most miles and had their seat assignment since March and was checked in with a boarding pass at first point of departure. Seeing your grandsons enjoy their or not is priceless"

The entertainment system was having problems and the whole entertainment system had to be re-booted about 90 minutes into the flight. It still didn't fix my seat's TV. Otherwise the trip was uneventful and we managed to get better seats on the return flight."

Cons: "After flying from Denver to Philly, I had anticipated an hour and a half layover. First email came speaking of a delay, then second, then about five emails later American Airlines notified me that there will be a 4 hour delay. To get from Philly to avoca on a flight is half an hour. On a bus, its two hours. If an airline knows there will be a four hour delay, how do you not provide that service? I watched plent of other flights go to AVP and even to Allentown, no one could offer one of those options to me? Cold, compressed and miserable experience."

Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

This after AA had turned my flight on the way out around on the way from Austin to Paris and we had to spend the night in Chicago."

I am okay with getting bumped but when I have someone constantly hitting me and running into me with some force it gets old, plus they all seemed rude. Also no chargers or entertainment for 41/2 hours. Will be flying with delta from now"

Cons: "12+ hour flight with no working outlet to charge phone or headphones. When I asked to move to a seat that had a charger, they basically said no - even though there were about 20 open seats in the next "economy class" level. So for 6 hours, after my phone died, I basically stared at the wall and then had no phone to assist with my directions or hotel reservations once we landed. Food was not good. Plane was old, and had a few random screens playing a movie that kept freezing and had to be restarted."

Cons: "We get informed at boarding time the flight is delayed by over an hour due to "awaiting aircraft arrival". How do you not know until boarding time there isn't an available aircraft? That's just poor operations. Then our flight continues to get delayed several times. Which is the most annoying... Don't tell me the flight is delayed an hour, the 55 min later tell me it's delayed another hour - repeat, repeat, repeat. After two and a half hours, I said f-it, and just left. I could've driven to my destination faster."

Clearly they have had issues with people getting on the wrong plane with this process, because they asked us about 4 times if everyone here was going to this destination."
