Cons: "It was not acceptable and very disappointed that flight DL391 from SDQ to NY-JFK was delayed till it left at 4:40pm because there were no crew members to bring the aircraft to STO DGO the night before as it is usually done so that the aircraft sleeps over in las Americas. We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Only toilet in economy class was cloughed up and was not functional therefore a very disgraceful situation, they sent me to the other toilet in 1st class area and there I notice several blankets on empty seats after I was told there weren’t any spare blankets."

It is such a short flight that there were only pretzels and water without ice served on this flight. There was no entertainment on this flight. Small, clean plane for a less that 1 hour flight."

Cons: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."

So hence the Comfort was great on this flight. But the tool needs to make it much more clear as to what you are selecting the upgrade for. Food, there has got to be something else out there other than pretzels, I understand why we do not have peanuts, but a little bit more variety would be very nice. I understand there's a cost tractor, but often pretzels tend to be fairly stale. Short flights entertainment."

It makes the booking process unecessarily complicated, so much so that I'm just going to exculde United from the list of airlines when I do a search on one of the aggregators"

Pros: "The stewards were nice and they were prompt. The plane seemed to be well cleaned inside and they were quick to get everyone boarded and bags stowed underneath. The pilot knew what he was doing and I had no worries there. Everyone was doing their jobs as well as they could be done."
Cons: "The air nozzle above my seat was broken and would not turn off so I freezing the entire flight, as well as the tray table seeming like it was meant for the lap of an infant versus myself and I can't imagine how someone with longer legs than myself dealt with the way it folded down. The take off was rough either seemingly due to tires or perhaps a rough runway. The wifi on the plane would not work. It worked ok my first flight but not on the second. I don't know why and no one knew why either, had the latest app and it was updated to the current version."

Pros: "I had no idea that the "inexpensive" flight I was buying would have so many hidden fees. My choice was to either pay for my second carry on or to check it for a fee. No other airline I fly requires passengers to pay for their second carry on. Additionally, when I checked in, I was asked to pay for my seats to ensure that I could sit next to my companion. In other words, seat price wasn't included in the ticket price either. How was I to know this when every other airlines includes it! Also, there were no complimentary snacks (peanuts, pretzels, etc.) nor drinks (sodas, etc.). Everything had a fee. I was also very unimpressed by an agent at the ticket counter who was flirting inappropriately with me. It was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. In all, I was incredibly disappointed with Frontier and will never fly the airline again."

Cons: "Lost checked bags in Denver, didn't receive for 2 days and about ruined my vacation because my festival ticket was in the bag. Other than that the flight was great. Will fly with them again but will never check a bag."

Cons: "My bag was lost, and the staff at the airport couldn't check to see if it made it on the flight or discover where it was. Took my contact information onto scratch paper (seemingly no official form or system). Tried to deliver it at 2am with no warning. Extremely stressful."

Cons: "Frontier managed to lose our seats on our return flight blaming it on mysteriously "being unchecked" in their system. This caused is quite the panic when we were asked to step aside in line as our boarding passes were not being accepted in their scanner. A supervisor came just in the knick of time to tear off a piece of paper with a written seat number on it which would then suffice as our passes to get on the plane. To top it off, they lost half our planes luggage. I can see how their prices are so low as they skimp in all other major areas."

Cons: "hidden costs, difficult to contact airline for exit row seating, original booking did not disclose $80 extra for an exit row seat, don't mind cost of food or adult beverage, but at least a glass of water or a cup of coffee would have been nice, confusion at check-in - we are not frequent fliers so better signage would have helped,"

Cons: "Flight was over two hours late. When booked through Kayak I thought the price would include my seat, but I had to actually pay more to have a seat. The seats don't recline and the cheaper the seat the more expensive it got. I don't know if that is Frontier or Kayak to charge extra on top of the flight to actually have a seat, but that is ridiculous. The staff was great but they didn't announce when the boarding started and it wasn't on the monitors through out the airport with the correct boarding time."
Cons: "Arriving 2 hours late on an overnight flight. The baggage claim was extremely slow in spite of the fact there weren't any other planes that had landed. Plane was again extremely hot."

Pay for water. Pay for pretzels. Pay for kids beverage. 3 of us cost more than 4 of us on Southwest. 24yr old crew flirting with the pilot. 20 min later-who is flying the plane & are the shacking up?"

I can read a book that I bring along. I also did not like that I had to purchase a seat to ride the plane. That seems wrong to me."

We could have enjoyed 80 deg and beautiful Orlando for five additional hours instead of the interior of the terminal. To add insult to injury, they were oversold and could not print us a set of boarding passes. The lady behind the counter said she had "never encountered this." I referred to my outbound flight where the very same thing happened 5 days ago. I wish I could run my business this way and make a profit!"
