Days have pass already and still can't get on the flight and no word as yet if we will be getting on a flight this is the worst airline I ever use and this will be the first and last time. They leave hundreds of people sleeping at the airport with no compensation to top it off
- pushy flight crew and not responsive
- the pilot missed the landing at Cheddi Jagan airport twice because of bad weather and then told us that he would have to land in Piarco if he didn't make the landing on the third attempt. What pilot does that? I thought it was a joke at first but it was real. I have been traveling back and forth to Guyana for over 20 years and this was a first. Pilots have said in the past that there is bad weather but not attempt to land. Startling customers saying that you missed the landing is the completely not the way to go.
I've traveled with many airlines before and dynamic crewmembers need more training they were unprofessional. The plane was filthy. we had no food for a 6 hour flight and no entertainment.
CSR call center is difficult to reach and they English is poor...
The flight changed. Then at JFK there was no indication on where to go. So people that were there early ended up in the back of the line by the time we were told where to go. The airline gave us $15 food voucher for this inconvenience. Not enough. Especially since the flight didn't leave at the time they changed it to. It was suppose to leave at 4:15PM it left JFK at 6:50PM. So most people got to the airport between 12-1PM only to wait for 6 hours before we left. 6 hours in JFK.
I liked that I was assigned the seat I asked for, a window seat.
I disliked that my flight was delayed about 4 hours, I hated that boarding changed from Gate 1 at JFK to Gate 4 and even after the gate was changed boarding was still delayed about 30 minutes. I did not like that the crew failed to keep the passengers informed every step of the way and I do not understand why Dynamic charges so much for a flight, yet do not serve actual food.
