I booked a full fair, business class ticket for international flight, and I can tell you, Jet Blue had no business in this itinerary!!!! I completely understand the value of Jet Blue as a cost conscious airline, but on the flights I was on, they only had ONE CLASS OF TICKET! They may tell you differently, but after being on international flights for over 10 hours, I was stuck in a middle seat! And it took me a lot of talking to even get them to admit i deserved anything other than the last row in the plane."

Wasted money on my hotel room and activities I had paid for for the first day. Even though I had spoken extensively to the lady helping me about my luggage, it took my bag 5 days to get to me. So instead of enjoying my vacation I was having to spend time in the mall in a foreign country trying to find clothes for each occasion. It also cost a lot of money to repurchase all of these items. I will never support this airline again."

The cabin crew left my 8 year old son, who had been travelling for nearly 24 hours at that point and was seated in a different row from me, crying because of his actions. He did not try to make amends for his actions, nor did he apologise."

Long walk in between terminals even taking AirTrain. JetBlue problems, ground staff are not helpful at all. No separate line for transferring guest, long line for everything. Got separate seats at check in counter, but realized the flight is not full and my husband and I both had nobody sit next to us, really don't know why they assigned separate seats for us."

First, there was unexpected shock of having to pay $300 at gate for ticket for the baby, even though she is 4 months and sat on my lap the whole time. Never heard of charging for that and we had to pay % of roundtrip ticket cost right there and then. Second, they don't allow early boarding for families with small children. Third, and finally, on the trip back they also suddenly announced a "no checking boxes policy" which I had also never heard of. We had to take a baby swing out of its box, dismantle it, and carry on a large part of it. A total hassle and crew was not very understanding. Definitely think twice about flying Copa if you have kids."

Cons: "- pushy flight crew and not responsive - the pilot missed the landing at Cheddi Jagan airport twice because of bad weather and then told us that he would have to land in Piarco if he didn't make the landing on the third attempt. What pilot does that? I thought it was a joke at first but it was real. I have been traveling back and forth to Guyana for over 20 years and this was a first. Pilots have said in the past that there is bad weather but not attempt to land. Startling customers saying that you missed the landing is the completely not the way to go."

One other piece: we heard about a passenger having something stolen out of the overhead. That was unfortunate but I do not know how Caribbean Airlines could help that...but due to the large number of carryon luggage, we were forced to put our backpack under our seats...and that made for a most uncomfortable flight..I wish there was a way to parcel out overhead space...i checked my luggage due to space and others crammed in whatever they could..."

My sister and I decided to upgrade to first class and it was downhill afterwards. I understand that their was severe turbulance and Thank God for the crew and getting us out. The problem was there they ran out of food for first class and no wine was offered. Nothing that would be considered as first class. My sister had to ask for water. No amends were made. DId not enjoy at all."

After a 5 hour wait we were boarding the plane only to be eventually told by the captain that he would not fly the plane due to technical faults ( ok, this were the first time any real information were given) and we were asked to de board and get on a different airplane which finally left 6 hours after scheduled time"

I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

Cons: "The plane boarded and left gate a little late but had a maintenance issue with one of its doors so plane had to return to gate. We finally got off the ground almost three hours late but staff tried to be as helpful as possible though they didn’t know much. It was good the passengers seemed fairly patient and accepting. The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

The lavatory was not working so delayed the flight for it when the plane has been sitting there for 2 hours before the flight time. In they end the decided to fly with the lavatory after waiting for 1 hour take off time. Then that chained different causes, runway delay times and gate taxi delays at landing. The flight was very bumpy because they were trying to make up for lost time, such a mess."

Flight attendant inquired about comfort. It improved for about 10 minutes and returned to cold state . Noticed that one attendant put on some kind of jacket due to coldness . Nearby passengers retrieved blankets from their carry on baggage. Glad I had at least a light jacket to throw over me and that my legs were partially covered. Guess it's better to be too cool than too hot. Otherwise. It was s great flight ."

Cons: "Flight was changed which left me with five minutes to get off one plane and onto another. I got to my first gate early and attempted to ask the person there about the timing. She walked away without looking at. On her way down the hall says it will be open in an hour. An hour later I go to the gate. A woman is there and finishing up with another customer. When it was my turn, she said she was closed, yet she helped the joy behind me for over an hour. I know this because I got In the generic questions line and stood there for an hour watching the woman who was "closed" help this guy. When I was FINALLY able to talk to someone, the only thing he told me was to walk fast. That was well worth the 2 hour wait. I will never fly with American again."

End up we back to Dallas 9Pm is bad. If we waiting for fly from 8Pm delay we may be home or be home at midnight time that is very bad."

Cons: "Did not use entertainment. Asked for a cup of hot tea and got a cup of of coffee with a tea bag in it. Must have been because it was such an early morning flight! Didn't get biscuiit either! When I gave full cup to attendant collecting them and told her what was in the cup she never said a word or offered fresh cup."

Cons: "The lack of communication, I received an email about my flight changing at 9am but I did not see it because I was at the airport. No one at the gate said anything to us until we started going to the counter. I was switched to a standby flight which the employee thought it was more important to get an employees husband on and offered me a seat for $1,300 in first class if I wanted to get on "that bad" or another flight 3 1/2 hours later that would not qualify me for a lunch ticket. That 1:40 flight was delayed and we stayed sitting in the plane waiting for permission to leave at 2:56pm. I was to be in NY at 3pm to meet my family on other flights but I got there at 6:30pm while they waited for hours!!! Communication is very important, I know that incidents happen, but this was ridiculous! The flight attendants even ran out of free pretzel snacks and offered items for purchase. Will not forget this experience for a while."

I was supposed to get home to Seattle by 5:45pm but I actually made it home at 12 midnight. There was no flight entertainment for a cross country flight! The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set! The crew at the ticketing counter was VERY rude. The lady who finally helped me was nice. that was after standing in several lines!"

They never notified me and i ddcided go check up on them 4 months after i purchzsed my tickets and 2 mo ths prior to departure. They suggestdd that i apply for a refund nd aftdr they review my request if it was accepted 60 days later they would refund my money. I called my credit card compzny and they credited my account. I will not use your service again"

Also sometime in May the changed my flight to leave 5am arrival 8am and return flight leaving at 10:59 at night. Horrible experience I will never book with this company. Don't be fooled by the affordable flight was not worth it. I was forced to cancel my birthday trip smh."

Even better was my flight from Guyana to New York as we were about to takeoff a passenger realized she was on the wrong plane so we had to return to the gate and let her out."

I was told to go ahead that they would call to inform me. I gave my cellell number and also Iasked for their tel # to call just in Case. I called every 30 minutes or so til 11:25pm and no news. I placed my cell by my Head whilei fell asleep at my acquaintance's place nearby the airport. I never received a call. At 6 am I had to the leave that apt as he had to go work. I went by a shopping plaza with my suitcase, I had called numerous times the tel number I was given but no answer. I managed to make my way to The airport at about 1045AM to check with The Dynamic support staff. I was told the passengers were sent to The Westin Hotel. I had asked to be placed in a taxi to go and at least shower. I was told to that this isn't possible at and I was told to wait at the airport until The 12 midnight flight. I was appalled. I said this isn't acceptable, I said there has to be a hotel room under my name as I had checked in Last night when flight was cancelled. I couldn't stay at the airport from 11am until 12 midnight, I wasn't going to be given the hotel option nor food nor taxi.. So I proceeded to rent a car and get an inexpensive hotel room 30 minutes from The airport for 2 nights as I didn't know if they would cancel again. I took the rental for one night only. I hope to get reimbursed for one out of these two Hotel nights and The rental. Friday I showed up at 8pm for The 12 midnight flight to find out it wouldn't leave until 6am. I couldn't Wait That long without proper sleep or shower so I asked to be moved to the next day's flight, hoping to have That one be on time. I took a taxi, paid $35 US to Get there to the same hotel to sleep and leave Saturday at the 12 AM flight. Saturday I showed up again at 730pm for the12 midnigflight. Guess what?? The same situation. No flight until 6am the next day. It's currently Sunday 12:30 AM as write this seating on The floor of the airport since about 8pm. Waiting to be checked in for 6AM flight... Long story but there's much to tell about this horrible experience...my vacation became a nightmare."

I had a booking for thursday july 7th, but when I went to check in flgiht did not exist. called dynamic and at first they said flight was scheduled then changed the story to they just cancelled it due to technical error and were going to contact me. they offered a full refund or taking their flight the next day. I needed to be in mexico that same day for a wedding so had no choice but to accept the refund and pay much more for a new flight out of a new airport. worst experience ever, and I know that if i hadnt called I would have been at the airport the mornign of the flight for a flight that did not even exist. I had friends flying the same flight they offered me for the next day and that flight was also cancelled as well their return flight. glad I went with a new airline. Also, i was told they would email me with confirmation of refund and have yet to receive anything from them, 1 week and counting. Ridiculous!"
Pros: "I enjoyed the crew and the pilot. The pilot of my flight took the opportunity every time it was necessary to inform the passengers on any issues that may make us uncomfortable as well as kept us informed about our flight time as we made our way to NYC."
Cons: "Upon take off, about 2 minutes into ascending, the plane faced strong turbulence which then caused the plane to drop a couple feet as it was ascending farther into the air. This occurred about 2 times and made myself and the other passengers uncomfortable. But, I do understand that the airline is not responsible for the weather."

I did not like that the crew failed to keep the passengers informed every step of the way and I do not understand why Dynamic charges so much for a flight, yet do not serve actual food."

Cons: "The flight changed. Then at JFK there was no indication on where to go. So people that were there early ended up in the back of the line by the time we were told where to go. The airline gave us $15 food voucher for this inconvenience. Not enough. Especially since the flight didn't leave at the time they changed it to. It was suppose to leave at 4:15PM it left JFK at 6:50PM. So most people got to the airport between 12-1PM only to wait for 6 hours before we left. 6 hours in JFK."

We were a group 11, all of us confirmed directly with the flight a day before and yet the agent denied they notified a month ago. We saw all other passengers the same situation, no one was informed."

Cons: "The airline changed the flight time to wee hours, from decent time to red eye flight returning at 3 am the next day. We have a group of 10+ so we didnt want to switch to another airline and risk paying more or splitting the group. I received a couple of emails from travel agent regarding time changed, I confirmed. I called a day before to confirm but when we get to the airport, we found out the flight was cancelled, out travel agent wasn't notified. We met a couple of other groups who booked through Expedia with the same situation. My suspect is that they have few passengers left on the flight after time changed, so they cancelled the flight last minutes without notifying. I felt so bad for the check-in agent who took on the heat from mad passengers."

When that flight was cancelled, they have no partnerships to get us on seat on other airlines, so we were trapped. The crew seemed angry at passengers telling people to sit down or leave. The carpet where I was seated was missing."
Cons: "Will be getting in touch with KAYAK customer service at a later time but this was by far the worst traveling experience I've had to date. i showed up to the airport and discovered (after waiting 2 hours to check in) that no plane would be arriving and to come back the NEXT DAY to try again. half the people in line had already been told that. I instead had to buy a new flight to get to my family. so beyond disappointed that a platform like kayak i've used for years would allow the support of such a sketchy carrier. i still haven't heard back about my money and don't expect to get a refund since their customer service is non-existing. SO disappointed in KAYAK and will be using expedia in the future"

It was a total disaster. No back up plan what so ever. No staff from dynamic except one who disappeared for hours and all she said was "I am waiting my boss to email me back" what?!!! There were cops from the airport to control the crowd who was righteously upset. The cops told me dynamics cancelled flights for weeks wihtout alternative plan during holiday season which led to a protest at JFK."
