Pros: "The help desk employees who helped me rebook my flight."
Cons: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"

Pros: "The whole experience was amazing. For a long flight, I was expecting to be miserable. But I was oddly satisfied. From the nice spacious seats, the the smorgasbord of food (never been fed so much on an airplane) to the excellent staff service I was impressed. Even the bathrooms were clean!"

The check in guy were being difficult just for four lb extra and made us check in one bag which caused us inconvenience later going through baggage claim. Inside the flight passengers had heavier luggage."

Pros: "Premium Economy was worth the $$. Especially when the 1st leg of the flight was 15+ hours. My wife was able to sleep 7+ hours. Comfortable and spacious chairs, with good recline."

There was a misunderstanding during check in that it was a mandatory requirement to make hotel reservations for quarantine without it you can’t board the airline.So we had to booked a hotel last minute and it was the wrong hotel since it’s not accredited by DOH Philippines. Since it was last minute we can’t get a refund or cancel the hotel. It was stressful and unnecessary hassle.

Pros: "The flight stewardesses were polite, nice, patient and accommodating. Boarding was prompt, quick, and organized. Plane lavatories we’re constantly cleaned so they won’t feel icky in the latter part of the journey."

Cons: "They made me cancel my 6 month stay to a 30 day stay when I arrived at the airport, otherwise they would not allow me on the plane! They said I needed a vista for the length of stay which I always get when I am in Manila for the past 8-10 years that I have been going without any prior warning before I confirmed this booking! I was charged $500.00 to change the departure date! Outrageous!"

Cons: "The entertainment selection was pretty limited and without Wi-Fi on the flight, it was the only thing available to pass the time. Would have been nice to see a larger selection of things to watch while in transit or available Wi-Fi service to browse on my own devices."
