Boarding was in a very tight space and I couldn't hear the gate agent on the intercom well.
I got an extra blanket.
We waited on the runaway for 3 hours without any service, not a sip of water. When I finally arrived in Helsinki, I missed my connection to Riga and was rescheduled for a flight 6 hours later even though there were two flights leaving before then. Also I requested vegetarian meal online, but was not served vegetarian. They did not have any extras.
Arrival to destination with 7 hours delay.
Terrible check in in NY. 3 customer service reps for premium, 1 for economy class. [Flew premium economy to Helsinki and business to Warsaw] arrived late to Helsinki. Had to wait 8 hours. Food on the plane to Helsinki looked like vomit Never again. Afraid that on a way back the plane will be late again
Environmentally mindful with some packaging
There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts.
Food was above average
Wasn't told that baggage wasn't included in my fee. Had to pay 170 Euros at the airport to check our two bags. Really really frustrating, and beyond an exorbitant price to charge for bags...
On time flight, food served was decent, and flight crew was pleasant.
Nothing, great flight.
There was very bad turbulance and none of the crew said anything about it.
The fact that people in coach class up to rows 28 as 2 choices of food and from row 29 and up have no choice we have to eat what they have twice to me
