Half the passengers were sleeping in rows to themselves. I’m 6’5” with a bad back and was stuck in an aisle seat, unable to even rest much less sleep. I get that those seats were available for purchase, but after the doors close it seems ridiculous to not let a customer sit there, ESPECIALLY is taller folks!!!! One could make the argument that it’s less safe as well, seeing how there’s no one IN the exit row to help open the window in the event of an emergency. I like Jetblue but this policy is likely to keep me from flying them if I can fly for just a bit more $ and have comfort.

Heartless rule, give the flight attendants power to make customers happy...healthy!

I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.

The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.

United's flight was delayed by 6 hours, couldn't make the connecting flight from Washington DC to Denver so they routed me to san francisco, spend the night at the airport there and then travel to Denver in the morning. Fortunately there was a very helpful crew in Schiphol that was able to get us on a flight with american airlines to philadelphia and then on to Denver.

It's a budget carrier - I don't expect great food and brand new upholstery. I expect safe, on-time travel, and JetBlue meets and exceeds my expectations every time. Very happy. A great, community-involved company too.

Free Wi-Fi, but it seems you have to sign up for an account or/and do something with Amazon. Needlessly complicated. If the Wi-Fi is free, just let passengers join.

The crew at the airport and on the plane were excellent. We were on a family holiday with young ones and the crew really took care of our needs. They were extremely courteous and attentive.

The inflight entertainment options could be more current. We found the options limited... it was a good thing that the flight was short.

Got an attendant - flight had started boarding 5-10m before getting the agent / *their* policy is no boarding passes after that -- even though hours earlier the online check-in was done. They charged for the baggage, so parts took. Reality seems to be that flight was oversold. Upon rebook at next flight - that one was delayed due to awaiting inbound flight attendant. They know this stuff hours ahead of time, but never say.

I don't usually complain, and I know I went with a discount airline, but this was just horrible. You'd think there'd be minimum standards for cross-country flights.
