At first, we were on the runway for about an hour, literally. The Captain did explain that the Control Tower just had a change shift (sounds like an unrealistic excuse) and then that we had to change a runway. A regular economy seat is made for 12 yo twiggy. I understand Delta wants to push for an upgrade, but after sitting in a Comfort seat and in First class. I would say First class is not worthy of my money. The landing was delayed because of the weather in NYC, I don't hold that against Delta, of course. The Captain did alert us to that upon takeoff in Vegas and again as we reached NY.

Great. Very smooth. Plenty of information. However, wish they would give out a menu in advance of making a dinner choice like other international airlines. The flight attendant says chicken or pasta and there are details about ingredients or spices requiring the passenger to ask which requires the flight attendant to answer many times. So easy to solve this problem. P

Not a "Delta" issue, but a JFK issue: We booked a connecting flight with 3 1/2 hours between to clearn immigration and customs. Our inbound flight (BCN to JFK) was on the taxiway 45 minutes which ate into our layover time. Immigtration was insanely quick with the CBP MPC app; however, clearing TSA (again, after we were ALREADY cleared in Spain on the inbound international flight) took over 95 minutes. This left us with 10 minutes before boarding the connecting flight (JFK to SAN) to walk to the far end of Terminal 4 and try to find food. We didn't find any food that could promise to serve us in under 10 minutes so we boarded the Delta flight after coming off a plance and an 8-hour flight knowing that we wouldn't be served any food on the next 5 1/2 hour flight. I feel like Delta needs to put pressure on the JFK TSA to open more screening stations (by our count, we saw only 5 scanners open and a line of - as we said - over 90 minutes. The insult is that we WERE ALREADY SCREENED through TSA, but as you come off one flight into the USA, you have to go through the whole process again. It seems like if you have a connecting flight, there should be a way to pass through immigration and customs without needing to return through TSA.

Overall, aside from the baggage issue, it was as good as one expects.

My flight was 6 pm 6/6. Every hour they delayed it again - air condition issues then no pilot then the crew had worked too many hours and cancelled the flight at 11 pm. Sent customers to NJ a 45 minutes uber ride to a hotel. Had to be back by 5 am for a 7 am flight and again no pilot etc with another three hours of delays.

The entertainment and wifi mostly didn't work on this flight.

Terrible entertainment system - kept freezing and audio kept cutting out. Snacks were mediocre at best for a 5 hour flight.

I am still upset that my bag was lost on a recent trip to Rome ; we were inconvenienced and out €150 Euros ; delta has refused to reimburse us

I am very bothered by the events today. I can't believe the flight attendants allowed someone to take my seat and made me move. It was embarrassing. I was in the right. The lady just didn't want move. I can't believe delta would allow this to stand and disrespect my rights as a passenger. The lady complained about her leg and that she couldn't move. Firstly somehow she was able to make it to row 24. Not sure how much her leg could have hurt. Secondly, I'm in plenty of pain myself. I just finished chemotherapy a several weeks ago. My body is constantly sore. Yet deltas flight attendants didn't appropriately protect my rights. In the end they found me a seat on the plane but I want to understand how delta can operate this way. They in essence allowed a bully to get their way.

I love flying with United. Unfortunately, I flew on an older plane with minimal upgraded technology (no Bluetooth functionality or handy charging ports). Otherwise, the flight was great and even arrived early.

They changed my seats after I checked in and I was stressed from the time I saw that information until just before boarding, when the gate attendant fixed it, but it shouldn't have happened. And if it couldn't be prevented, then the people on the phone I spoke with should have done something to help, which they did not, nor did they offer me compensation, just meaningless apologies.

The flight was operated by Lufthansa. You can't expect much from them anymore. They have a talent in getting something wrong.

Deplaning was delayed because of Jetbridge equipment issues in MKE, causing an issue on an otherwise great flight.

Flight was full, and would have preferred an aisle seat, but due to getting a late ticket ,the seat I had was adequate. The flight crew were very help full and hard working. There were five broken seats on the plane. The crew was very rude in telling people they had to get off the plane and get a flight the next day. No call for volunteers, but telling people they had to get off. One woman was flying with her elderly mother and daughter and was told she had to leave or all three had to leave. Fortunately, a volunteer offered to stay. The situation was handled poorly.

British Airways staff are very polite and willing to help.

In flight entertainment system did not work across the whole plane for entire flight. Seats were very cramped. Cabin temperature was freezing cold. They screwed up so bad, I asked for a short check for my luggage since we had a 21 hour overnight layover in London at a hotel. They said I have to receive my luggage in London because it’s an overnight layover. Get to London, nope, my bags aren’t coming off they are staying in terminal 5 over night and going straight to Ibiza. So we had no luggage for a whole day and basically stuck with no clothes or washroom stuff. Finally get to Ibiza and my luggage is completely smashed and damaged and missing a wheel. Now I have to drag this 50 lbs luggage around Ibiza islands for 10 days. Wtf. So pissed off Air Canada is LITERALLY THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD

Great flight ✈️ I requested a vegan meal and don’t think offering frozen fruit cup for breakfast is a good idea people want something warm or neutral like the muffin but it was cold from being in the paper bag with the frozen fruit 🧐 and unfortunately I didn’t have either and I don’t like wasting food so that was a disappointment. Flight was on time departure and arrival flight crew were good.

From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.

Air Canada was great! From the airport at Montreal to boarding to the food on board the plane. The crew was great too! There was a slight issue with some other peoples’ tickets that I overheard about but the crew handled with care immediately to ensure everyone was comfortable and we could takeoff! After nearly nine years without traveling, my son and I decided to take our first flight, and we chose Air Canada and I’m so glad we did! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The flight itself was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. But what really stood out for me was the luggage tracking feature. Knowing that my bag was scanned onto the same flight I was on gave me such peace of mind. It’s little details like this that make all the difference, especially after not traveling for so long. This trip was incredibly special for us, and Air Canada made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a fantastic experience I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with you again!

Everything was good till we got to yyz...then we got to the gate and there was NO GATE AGENT. We waited 15 min before disembarking. No internet No IFE Old aircraft Second leg in two weeks NOT IMPRESSED

The seats are soooooooo small in economy. I was offered no tea or coffee in the am. When I asked was told that it was too late. The plane was 2 hours late leaving.

My first flight left so late we knew I would miss my connection. Rather than redirecting me then, they made me take a flight to Montreal, then Toronto (there was a flight leaving for Toronto when I was in NYC, no need for me to also go to montreal). Then they gave me a food voucher that did not work (4 places would not accept it). At least they gave me a hotel automatically, even though it was a cheap crappy one. I'm still not home, and it's been over 24 hours. I'm exhausted.

Very crowded, no real explanation of food "chicken or pasta?" After dinner no drinks service. Plane was clean, but little help with finding soaces fir luggage to get into overhead bins. Many passengers putting 2 bags, hats, duty free in overhead bins so no space for roll ons

Flight was good but seat in 12D was not comfortable, better on the Airbus 321 from Tampa to Charlotte. No breakfast was served before landing in zLonfon only a coffee and orange juice.

I was transferred to an American Airlines flight. The boarding was late and unorganized. The seating was extremely tight and uncomfortable. Will not use AA again.

The check-in of my luggage was terrible. When purchased my tickets, one luggage and one carry-on was part of the fight. My flight was switched from British to American Airline. During check-in of luggage at the airport, I was denied and had to pay extra $75. How do I get reimbursed for this extra luggage payment?

This was the second time on BA, food terrible, bathrooms gross,( granted, that was mostly due to the disgusting children urinating all over it)boarding was late and disorganized. No gate issued until last minute st Heathrow, bad system, caused undue stress. Seats were painful, that's what you get for traveling like a poor in economy, right BA? Should have been able to afford business or first class if you want to actually be able to walk upright without back pain after a trip.

The flight was delayed twice and because of that, we missed our connecting flight. British Airways then attempted to put us on the last flight to Milan from London which would have kept us in the airport for 12 hours. We had to speak to several levels of bureaucracy until BA management let us fly on a flight that only kept us in the airport for two hours. If there was an earlier flight, why weren’t we put on that flight from the start? Unacceptable behavior from what was once my favorite carrier.
