Cons: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

I really wish flight attendants would ask travelers to be considerate and not recline their seats during there welcome speech. Or even ask if the person being squished is ok. There were no snacks offered. Drinks were not offered till at least an hour into flight. My first flight was canceled. Kayak let me know, American never notified me!"

Spirit airline is the same, but gives you all the info up front."

There was no in-flight entertainment, we couldn't get to our luggage, and there were no complimentary drinks or snacks except for water. Yes, these are first world problems, but in all of the flying I've ever done I don't think I have ever had so few aminaties offered, especially after paying for the upgraded seats. Very dissappointing."

I felt very safe with them. I was able to use TSA precheck without a problem. I would definitely use Frontier again."

Cons: "Least comfortable passenger seats in the history of commercial aviation. Paid $45 for "extra leg room" - maybe they should include a regular cushion and a reclining seat for that price. I just don't think I am this airline's target customer. If you want a rock bottom ticket and that's it, it's a good deal."
Cons: "The seats do not recline. You have to pay an EXTRA $45 just to get enough leg room for a 5'5" girl to fit in the seat. I am a small girl only 135 lbs and I was so uncomfortable the entire trip."

Cons: "Everything else. The gate agents in Atlanta were nice. But the flight was delayed on the way out due to maintenance - Frontier contracts out their maintenance - so then we switched to a different plane. I was more than an hour late to my meeting in New York. Even The flight attendants were rude - they wouldn't even give me a cup of water after I had run to a different terminal and back trying to catch a different flight out. The flight back was even worse. Again, we were delayed. And the flight attendants were rude. I've flown probably around 200 flights in my life. These two flights were without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had."

Cons: "Classic bait and switch. I booked the ticket online via priceline. When I went to check in all the hidden fees for bags surfaced. On the flight one of the passengers was drunk and almost vommitted on me. Instead he vommitted on a guy in front of me. Unrelated the lights in the cabin kept coming on and off during the night flight. The loud speaker was super loud."

Pros: "There was literally nothing to like. The crew was unprofessional, rude, and clearly insufficiently trained. I asked for a napkin and rather than get one for me from the galley, they opened the restroom door and pulled out hand towels and handed them to me."
Cons: "There was little or no information given about gate assignment or boarding procedures by the airline at the airport and it led to chaos and confusion at the gate. The flight was severely delayed and little communication was provided during that time. We fly quite a lot and this was, by far, the worst flying experience we have ever encountered. We were completely mislead about baggage checking costs, seating costs, etc. absolutely horrible. Never, ever again will we fly Frontier."
