787 Aircraft is nice. Decent selection of in-flight entertainment options. The main reason to fly Norwegian is low cost.

Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work.

I was treated as if I was the problem. It was surreal. Seriously, never again.

I liked the dreamliner. That's about it.

I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Cancel your flights in advance of such conditions so that your passengers, update the information on your website. Those things are in your control, even if the situation at JFK is not.

I liked the dreamliner. That's about it.

I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Cancel your flights in advance of such conditions so that your passengers, update the information on your website. Those things are in your control, even if the situation at JFK is not.

After late arrival of the aircraft, "weather" caused a 1 hour delay in boarding and another hour of delay for loading bags. The only "weather" in Boston was "cold" (aka winter). Perhaps they'd have to cancel the flight if someone saw a snowflake.

4hr+ delay w/out any effort to compensate on ANY level (before, during, or after the flight), zero accommodations for many inconveniences, not even a free glass of water given on the flight; seats extremely uncomfortable and cabin unbearably freezing during the 10hr+ flight, w/ no blankets or anything available. Also no help from airport employees because apparently no actual Norwegian representatives work at the airport.

Flight times avoid local traffic for departure and arrival.

You get nickel and dimed for everything. Have to pay separately for a meal 72 hours before flight or miss out. Have to pay for a blanket. Cramped seats. Staff about what you'd expect given the rest. Will avoid this airline in the future despite its travel times. Worst of all was the outsourced phone customer service. The app would not work several times for basic things like adding luggage. I was treated as if I was the problem. It was surreal. Seriously, never again.
