I love JetBlue. I love everything about the airline. I love the free wifi and snacks. The seats are comfortable and I actually have room to lay my head down in economy. I love jet blue so much I am always willing to pay extra to fly with the airline. The price for the flights was great.

The airplane was cramped, legroom nonexistent (and I'm small and skinny). The plane was delayed and hot. The ride was bumpy. The crew was slow. I thought United was a premier carrier. I've had better experiences with Frontier and Spirit recently.

Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport.

Substitute flight was next day noon - original offer was for late afternoon flight! That flight had poor service. Attendant dawdled so there were no drinks served.

We were unfortunately stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I ran to my connecting gate but they had already closed it. There wasn’t a service rep at the gate. I walked to another gate and there was a very helpful rep who rebooked me to a nearby city. It overall was disappointing and caused me to get home about 3 1/2 hours later.

The crew on board were helpful

Delta staff at airport were unprofessional. They had us spend over an hour traveling to a different TSA line because they closed the line we were in. The other line was a 10 minute drive away. Also our bags did not reach philadelphia when we landed at 3 am.

My sons tv screen wasn't working. I pushed the attendant button to see if they could help, nobody ever came. I left in on for quite awhile too. Wi Fi was hard to log into.

I purchased 2 tickets and my sister and I were assigned seats that were not together, the upgraded seats did not recline, although the ones behind us were available, and the flight was not full. The fee for the TV service is ridiculously priced.

Full plane, long wait to use lavatory. Crew was good, but should have upped their game under the circumstances, especially with regards to keeping the lavatory clean. The noodles for breakfast turned out to be porridge, and went straight to the waste basket.

Nothing. One flight attendant gave me a gingere when I was sick from landing and that was helpful.

Compeltly ridiculous that you had to pay for every single thing. I think the only complimentary thing was cranberry juice and water. Paying for entertainment and wifi with seperate fees felt really cheap and tacky along with the plane itself. It was run down and looked and felt even more that way when you're competing with flights from companies like JetBlue where they work to make you feel comfortable and provide free entertainment. We also were an hour delayed and sat on the runway for an hour before we left due to too much traffic over Cuba. It felt as a customer that it was poor planning on the companies part and that that could have been avoided earlier. Companies that put effort into a comfortable flying experience and care about customer satisfaction will be getting my money in the future. United would be my last choice when make travel plans in the future.

The flight was so short we did not even get a snack, only an offer of a bottle of water; this was simply due to to short length of the flight. Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Flight attendants were attentive and surprisingly very nice, legroom is non-existent (same as every flight in plain coach).

High cost to prebook seats was twice what Spirit or Frontier would charge

Flight staff ripped up guests boarding pass in face. Staff allowed ys to board plane and put our bags under plane and then crew timed out before take off. Never will use Delta again.

Poor communication. Flight originally at 11:35, then 12:05, then 12:15... At 11:55, they said they would start boarding in 20 min. How can you do that and still take off at 12:15? Answer: you can't. Just be honest and keep us informed. Bonus: United sent me an email saying that connection had already left (it hadn't - thanks United! - awesome service as always!)

Nothing - the flight from Chicago to Philadelphia was delayed by about 2 hours. Luckily, was able to get the flight switched to a Chicago - London direct flight.

The connecting flight from Philadelphia to Manchester would've been missed. So, American Airlines booked the same flight for 24 hours later. Luckily, they offered a different flight. Due to the flight changes, the prepaid ground transportation from Manchester to Leeds wasn't used. Transportation from London to Leeds had to be purchased at a much greater additional expense.

My only gripe is that paying for an assigned seat is only allowed 48 hours before takeoff and costs at least $30, twice what Spirit charges to allow you to select a seat during booking, so it is worse. No one watched us to ensure that we didn’t use the overhead bins (a stipulation of the fare) but we did comply anyway. We chose to take our chances and were assigned seats at the gate 16 rows apart and both in the middle seat.

Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
