All of the restaurants in the airport have changed to this "high-end" bistros. No fast food anywhere except the premade wraps and stuff at the kiosks. If you need food fast don't try to sit down and eat. My sandwich took 30 minutes to come out. Food was ok.

I got home safe.

The customer service was mediocre. The selection of complementary beverage was minimal compared to other airlines. The staff are disgruntled and sometimes rude. There was always some sort of mechanical problems with the plane going to Puerto Plata and coming back. On the way to DR we had to divert to Miami because of problems with Navigation. They made us wait seven hours and gave us a voucher for food at the last minute. People had already bought food. I would not recommend United to none of my associates.

Absolutely the worst flying experience of my entire life, it is dispicable that American Airlines can get away with treating humans like this. They never got me home, and refused to refund my for my trip..absolutely dispicable, I am never flying AA again and I am NEVER using KAYAK again for doing business with such a revolting company, this is the last dollar of mine either one will ever see!

I missed my flight i spend longer than an hour in the line to get to the gate they never call for passengers or call names they were selling the tickets to other people didn't wait for people who got their tickets in advance, they say is not our fault that all those people missed the flight we not giving any compensation or hotel, I had to come back to New York paid for hotel and without my luggage worse experience in my life.

Delta did not permit re-booking to flights that left JFK for Boston earlier, even tho there seats available, instead insisting that we had to wait for our assigned flight. There was nothing I liked about the flight

Layover in New Jersey was horrible. My flight was delayed 4x, and arrived at my destination 4 hours behind schedule. When I asked customer service for more information regarding my flight, the staff was rude, did not offer a resolution or give an explanation for the delay. A little customer service could have went a long way to make the situation better. I am overall not pleased with the customer service I received and was disappointed with the delay. I don't think I will ever fly united again due to the customer service.

Cabin crew were polite and hard working

The fact that flight leaves gate on time and sits on tarmc for 15 minutes. This would be listec as on time departure but is a fraud. United has too few machines that work too slowly to tag bags and get tickets. On ground United staff rude and unpleasant. They are a disgrace to their stockholders! Also Newark Airport is decrepit and the United Terminal is run down with poor services that arte ovrpriced and dirty.

It got me there in good time once it was in the air.

The flight departed about an hour an a half late, no fault of the airline I suppose. But there was some turbulence on a part of the trip. The flight attendendants were given the nod to start serving but by the time they got up the flight was on its glide path down. So we had the whole wait time and flight with no refreshments.

The flight crew and ground crew were all very good, the flight left a bit late but they made the time up in the air.

The seats on both legs of my trip were worn out. The seat was sunken in, leaving a bulge at the edge of the seat that caused my legs to go to sleep. Given the real issue of blood clots in planes, Jet Blue needs to make sure their seats don’t contribute to poor circulation.

They did eventually put out some small snacks and drinks (water and regular coke).

Small regional plane that was over 3 hours late in departing NY because of weather issues much earlier in the day. Delta did not permit any re-bookings to other delayed flights that were leaving in the intervening period, even though there were empty seats. Very frustrating.

Having had a rough day of 10 hours of travel, arrived at Ticket booth to check in when I DROPPED MY HOT SOUP!! Mr. SAM B Told me not to worry, have a seat and proceeded to buy me another cup of soup and gave me a GIANT hug!! It's an understatement to say he surpassed my service expectations! he should be commended. This random act of service and kindness was witnessed by many other passengers. I
