Cons: Checked bag did not arrive. This happened because the crew was 30 minutes late receiving the SLC to DEN flight. What should have been a 60 minute layover became 30 and the bags did not make it to the connecting flight. This also prevented us from buying food in Denver for the final leg.

Pros: Fast boarding, flight relatively smooth, got to my destination pretty quickly as well.

Pros: The crew were pleasant and attentive. The seat was moderately comfortable. The food was decent and two services on a 5 hour flight was nice.

Cons: I’m getting so tired of flying American Internationally on old planes without modern norms. What international flight doesn’t have seat back entertainment or better cabin environment systems?!

Cons: Standard no-frills gripes. Seat is tolerable but basic, no recline. No power, zero inflight entertainment, etc etc. They won't even give you a sip of water for free, which is just absurd in my opinion. They did give me a free cup of ice... so I guess ice + time = free water...

There was NO interest in helping us make our connection; had one person actually say, "I am sorry, it is United, they could care less". No one was helpful, no one cared, and the experience was horrible

Cons: The TV set in the Head rest did not work. The plane had some technical difficulty following the clearing from the gate at which point we sat on the Tarmac and then taxied back to the gate with a statement of it being up to 2 hours to repair the situation. We were compensated even with additional snacks or meals while siting on the plane. I was delayed on my travel going forward from MCO to further points in Florida.

Cons: Customer service by Frontier at Trenton was horrendous. I never got a text or call or email about the delay. Wasted 5 hours of my day and took aaay one of the two nights my fiancé and I had to see it.

Cons: Person in front of me had seat reclined from take off to landing. Nobody checked. Nobody told him it had to be upright during takeoff and landing. I believe that is a safety issue. Isn’t that why the flight attendants are there?

Pros: Boarding was quick and easy. There was enough room for carry on in the overhead compartments and the in flight entertainment system was great with an easy access usb charging port.

Cons: Seats we’re small, no room to place anything in the pocket in front of me and the chairs were so small that all the people next to me had no room to move. None of them were extremely big people, but they didn’t have room for their hands and feet, so they were all in my space. The isle was too narrow

Pros: We were delayed due to inbound flight being late. Then weather set in, which delayed all flights outbound in ORD. The flight crew went above and beyond to make up for your delay.

Pros: The boarding wasn’t smooth, there were 3 women at the podium listing zones and it was very mumbled and low, quite hard to hear despite the small area dedicated to Allegiant passengers.

Cons: The women at the podium listing flights could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented... there was a lot of mumbling into the speaker for boarding ... and the person kept giggling into the mic. Once past boarding, everything was great !

Pros: The airline changed the flight to 2 hours earliet without any warning. When we called they said they didnt have my email, but they had emailed me my itinerary, so this was untrue. Missed the flight and had to stay overnight at a hotel in nyc at my own expense.

Cons: Almost everything was horrible. Seats are too close for my long legs, and its like I was sitting on stone bricks for hours. Baggage is a scary thing. Lots of places have different spirit sizes. While Orlando gives you a back pack and small suitcase, Newark gives you one bag. If its more the humiliate you and put it all in a trash bag to go home. Fix this please.

Pros: My 9:00 a.m. flight was canceled. You were unable to get me on another Spirit flight until the next day, but found a flight on United that left at three. That one was delayed until 7. I found a different United flight that left at 3:30 and was able to switch to that one. It was delayed until 4:10, but did eventually depart. Was not my best day flying.

Cons: Freaking bad service they wasted my 2 hours and again I got my bag late

Cons: We were over 30 min late taking off because the pilots were late from another flight and people wouldn't listen to crew instructions to sit down. Monitors wouldn't work for entertainment. That didn't really bother me, but it was an issue for the two people sitting in my row. We had paid $40 for even more, so I was surprised when the flight attendant wouldn't give my neighbor a complimentary pillow so he could rest since the monitor wouldn't work. Flight attendant said he would need to pay $5. I feel flight attendants should be given permission to change policy based on certain circumstances.

The delay was in fact due to a lack of organization and minimal communication within the Spirit airlines company. Ridiculous. Will never use Spirit again. Not worth the aggravation.
