The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.

Flight was on time! That's the most important thing for me.
The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.
There were weather issues in the area apparently; however, that was not obvious from what we saw outside of LaGuardia. We were delayed leaving (which I understand); however, once we were on the plane we didn't leave for a long time. It may have been two hours?? - all I know is that we sat there for a long time with no information as to why we were not taking off. Finally, after 45 minutes to an hour (maybe?), the pilot gave us an update that no planes were able to go in the our flight path direction (or something like that) due to weather. There was nothing additional added. What does this mean? Why is this? What are the options? When will you give us another update? There were no updates for maybe another 30-45 minutes. There was no explanation as to why we couldn't be rerouted to avoid the weather. We had no information at all. We just sat on the plane (for about 2 hours) with very limited information. All I would have wanted is an explanation as to what was going on. Tell me there is bad weather coming our way. Tell me they are working to reroute us around it (which is what they did). Tell me SOMETHING.
My 4pm flight did not leave until about 10pm. I did not enjoy this experience.
Had one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. 1.5-hour delay turned into being held on the tarmac and our pilots timing out. Was supposed to take off at 4pm and didn't take off until 10:30pm.

We were delayed 2 hours because of a broken seat. Other than that it was a very nice flight.
My experience was excellent for a business trip. I like the smaller jets because everyone gets either a window or aisle seat and the boarding and de-planing goes much faster. I really like the schedule American Airlines has between Atlanta and NY - lots of options. Crews are great and very accommodating. Sometimes the flights are not full and they let people move around once the boarding doors are shut to spread out.
Primary flight attendant in FC wasn't that engaged throughout the flight. All other aspects of flight were good.
Confusion at boarding with my seat (there wasn't one) that I had to have corrected using my status; then because of that had to check bags. And then a very long delay on the tarmac with no air conditioning on a very warm day. It was just a miserable experience all around.
5 hours delay - minimum communication, no compensation, no support from Airline. Terrible customer experience

Communication not good, too many changes. Three flights were cancelled due to weather and the options were not acceptable. I had to cancel my Canada portion of the trip.
Our flight from Chicago to Des Moines was the problem flight due to a dismissive flight attendant. His conduct was unnecessary and unprofessional.. I will avoid using Americam Airlines again because of the situation. Very disappointing.
Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.
American was having a problem with their kiosks when I arrived which made the check-in and bag drop process unusually long. Additionally, they only had one person working check-in. Eventually, the kiosks were fixed and everything else went smoothly.
The flight was short. However, my bag was delayed and was put on another flight.
