United people are assholes. Pardon my vagularity. But I had to catch a flight in 30 from an international flight and asked if I could be expedited through the lines. And I got such attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice to fly United, otherwise this is the last airline I’d go with.

All of the restaurants in the airport have changed to this "high-end" bistros. No fast food anywhere except the premade wraps and stuff at the kiosks. If you need food fast don't try to sit down and eat. My sandwich took 30 minutes to come out. Food was ok.

Extremely long delay. I didn't like that the delay updates were sent incrementally - I know that it's impossible to forecast this sometimes but it seemed like this was unnecessarily optimistic, and the 30 minute pushbacks became annoying and inconvenient.

The boarding was delayed and the boarding area was crowded, Boarding was delayed due to high number of wheelchair passengers. I was seated in an Even More Space seat, yet was placed beside a woman who was obviously suffering from some degenerative condition, and was slumped over towards my seat. The result was that I was uncomfortable the whole way back to Kingston.

There was nothing I liked about the flight

Layover in New Jersey was horrible. My flight was delayed 4x, and arrived at my destination 4 hours behind schedule. When I asked customer service for more information regarding my flight, the staff was rude, did not offer a resolution or give an explanation for the delay. A little customer service could have went a long way to make the situation better. I am overall not pleased with the customer service I received and was disappointed with the delay. I don't think I will ever fly united again due to the customer service.

Flight kept being delayed. Gate agents were rude and not helpful. Acted like I was crazy for being worried I would miss connection. After flight was changed 5 times try finally changed my flight and I had to wait 5 hours at airport.

The fact that flight leaves gate on time and sits on tarmc for 15 minutes. This would be listec as on time departure but is a fraud. United has too few machines that work too slowly to tag bags and get tickets. On ground United staff rude and unpleasant. They are a disgrace to their stockholders! Also Newark Airport is decrepit and the United Terminal is run down with poor services that arte ovrpriced and dirty.

I got home safe.

The customer service was mediocre. The selection of complementary beverage was minimal compared to other airlines. The staff are disgruntled and sometimes rude. There was always some sort of mechanical problems with the plane going to Puerto Plata and coming back. On the way to DR we had to divert to Miami because of problems with Navigation. They made us wait seven hours and gave us a voucher for food at the last minute. People had already bought food. I would not recommend United to none of my associates.

United people are assholes. Pardon my vagularity. But I had to catch a flight in 30 from an international flight and asked if I could be expedited through the lines. And I got such attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice to fly United, otherwise this is the last airline I’d go with.

I got home safe.

The customer service was mediocre. The selection of complementary beverage was minimal compared to other airlines. The staff are disgruntled and sometimes rude. There was always some sort of mechanical problems with the plane going to Puerto Plata and coming back. On the way to DR we had to divert to Miami because of problems with Navigation. They made us wait seven hours and gave us a voucher for food at the last minute. People had already bought food. I would not recommend United to none of my associates.

All of the restaurants in the airport have changed to this "high-end" bistros. No fast food anywhere except the premade wraps and stuff at the kiosks. If you need food fast don't try to sit down and eat. My sandwich took 30 minutes to come out. Food was ok.

Cabin crew were polite and hard working

The fact that flight leaves gate on time and sits on tarmc for 15 minutes. This would be listec as on time departure but is a fraud. United has too few machines that work too slowly to tag bags and get tickets. On ground United staff rude and unpleasant. They are a disgrace to their stockholders! Also Newark Airport is decrepit and the United Terminal is run down with poor services that arte ovrpriced and dirty.

There was nothing I liked about the flight

Layover in New Jersey was horrible. My flight was delayed 4x, and arrived at my destination 4 hours behind schedule. When I asked customer service for more information regarding my flight, the staff was rude, did not offer a resolution or give an explanation for the delay. A little customer service could have went a long way to make the situation better. I am overall not pleased with the customer service I received and was disappointed with the delay. I don't think I will ever fly united again due to the customer service.
