Other than delaying take off by an hour, the flight was smooth. Crew were kind and supportive, and made sure we were always considered as a priority.

Terrible experience with an extremely obese passenger seated directly behind me - who snored and gagged so loudly, even throughout takeoff, that no one within ten rows could have gotten any rest even with earplugs! I get that this poor person has a serious health issue, and that Alaska (maybe) had no way to prepare in advance (though he did occupy two seats). Still there must be a way to take a six-hour flight without feeling like I'm next to a roaring grizzly bear.

Flight was delayed by 3 hrs. Forcing missed connection and overnight stay. Terrible.

The front desk attendant was rude to everyone in an absolutely careless way.

We left late; had to land in Minneapolis unscheduled to refuel and then landed in interior instead of lax at 2am......

I understand it’s their right, but when two of my party missed the flight after checking in it seemed insensitive to cancel all of their subsequent flights and for us to lose the extra seating despite having paid for it @ the very least we could’ve been refunded for the checked bags that we prepaid for and never used.

Every thing is on time, boarding, landing nice and smooth. But No tv? No food for 6 hours flight?

First Class seats had no more legroom then Premium Economy. There was no working WiFi or entertainment. I would have rather paid $400 more and flown on United for the 6 hours from EWR to SFO.

I had to change my flight due to son-in-law being in hospital. It cost me an extra $210.00. I bought insurance when I purchased my tickets. They have done nothing about it!!!!! I filed a claim and they tried to close it without even so much as ask any questions. This is the worst flight insurance ever. I am still fighting it!! My next step is to get a lawyer involved. You should push the insurance with a company that’s worth it! This makes it on you as well since your selling it.
