Flight on time. Easy boarding. Changing my seat was very easy.
Flight delays were really annoying, but otherwise the experience was fine
nothing for delays and refuse service.when asked for the second flight. the first is good though

We left late; had to land in Minneapolis unscheduled to refuel and then landed in interior instead of lax at 2am......
we bought Mediterranean boxes for lunch. The salami in mine had gone bad long ago, but my partner had good salami and could eat it. Could I buy assigned seats? I guess that I didn't spend enough, so sat at the back of the plane
the flight attendant was so great and the upgrade to first class was top notch
You need categories to note when food and entertainment are not available. Alaska's system would not update flight info on the board for this flight, so there was some confusion after deplaning from the previous flight as to which gate and depart time were accurate for this flight.
I understand it’s their right, but when two of my party missed the flight after checking in it seemed insensitive to cancel all of their subsequent flights and for us to lose the extra seating despite having paid for it @ the very least we could’ve been refunded for the checked bags that we prepaid for and never used.
Every thing is on time, boarding, landing nice and smooth. But No tv? No food for 6 hours flight?
Flight left on time, arrived early, pleasant staff provided water, coffee, etc. access to bathrooms was reasonable and were well maintained. blankets were available, lots of entertainment options. LUGGAGE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I got my one checked bag quickly and was able to make a bus connection for a 2 hour bus ride saving me from waiting another 1.5 hours.
They promise free wi-fi prior to boarding and then once on board you are informed you have to purchase wifi even after being a mileagePlus member.
Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.
Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
Plane boarded early a quickly, was mostly full. We left close to on time. And landed early.
Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.
