They treat me well because of my one world status. Crew is attentive and professional. One of the best airlines out there.
I was seating in 26A and the children in 27A and B were kicking me non-stop. They kicked me for hours nonstop and the parents refused to get off their phones or correct them. I kindly asked multiple times and got screamed at by the mom that her son is disabled. I told her I get it, but that I matter too and she is responsible for her child. He then kicked me so hard my drink spilled. Not one crew member or other passenger said or did a thing. It was so horrible.
My trip to Seattle from Newark was uncomfortable and there was a maintenance issue that caused a delay which ended up with me being stuck at the Seattle airport on my birthday for almost 12 hrs. The ride itself was very bumpy due to turbulence. I u derstand as my first time flying this could have been normal but all the passengers around me said that this was not what flying is normally like. On my way home I was semi comfortable due to exhaustion and paying $200 in upgrades to have a “better” seat and experience
Lester and the rest of the crew were such a joy. Also, I want to thank the pilots for getting us there on time, and safely. My first amd only choice will always be Alaska Airlines.
Everything was fine. The snacks are a little on the tiny side.
man & woman back side flight attendant was very rude. I live in Seattle. I use a lot of time Alaska flights. I always like them for fact that my favorite airline employees very rude. It’s disappointing. .
On time, good boarding process very quick. Clean planes. Planes are tight, not much leg room ( i am only 5'8"). Some attendants are moving through aisles fiercely and pushing passengers. Got yelled for a tiny man bag that it is an extra personal tem ( size of a wallet) Wi-Fi on the plane does not work well with android phones.
My TSA pre check was left Off my boarding pass which was a large inconvenience.
There was no food or entertainment, thus thus the neutral rating.
I wasn’t assigned a seat until last minute even though I checked in 24 hours before the flight and was told I might not be able to get on the flight! The leg room and seat room in the flight was abysmal. The service both at boarding and on the flight was very mediocre and not particularly friendly.
Flights were on time actually early service was good and crew cheerful
No meal service to the back of the plane as it started late or was too slow to get it out before it was time to land.
Experience was great - no complaints. Took off on time, landed early. Got to the gate relatively quickly - took a little bit of extra time to deplane but nothing excessive.
OK, we were delayed and had to de plane and reboard.
Both my flight where delayed Had 25min to make it to my transfer flight
Wifi Bluetooth features for watching in flight movie was horrible. Screen kept blacking out no connection of sound although it said connected. Other than that smooth trip .
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
2+ hours delayed Outlet in row 12 did not work Tv monitors did not work Lights kept off the entire flight for at 5pm-7pm flight
Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.
I upgraded my seat and was promised it would be next to the emergency door for extra leg room and they said it was premium plus but it was at the back of the plane...same thing happened from Newark to Dubai
