This is a lovely airline and the best part is the quality of the crew. The one thing is the food. They aspire to have great food but the execution - particularly given that it is airplane food - doesn't live up to expectation. Both to and from Milan this was the only thing. It wasn't terrible but wasn't on par with other business class offerings and certainly shouldn't be highlighted.

Overall a good experience from the lounge which is excellent to the onboarding process which is flawless, courtesy of the personnel very professional and nice, aircraft’s are new A321 Neo very comfortable. The only big issue is the food, I wasn’t expecting gourmet food but the ‘light dinner was basically inedible, the breakfast egg and ham was much better but that light dinner tenderloin salad should not be served on a spirit flight, it was so bad I wonder there had to be an effort in thinking that out and executing it so bad. That said, Piper champagne was excellent for Any business class standard and served generously in proper glasses. So, again other than the food, everything was excellent and absolutely in par with most airlines business classes. Again, the proprietary lounge in Newark was one of the best I’ve seen, way better than Lufthansa and Delta and in par with American.

Flight was cancelled on the day of departure. Could not reach anyone by phone. Had to buy my own replacement plane ticket and still figuring out how to get a refund

The food was mediocre. There were no snacks between meals. We were in the 4th row and they had already run out of 6the first choice ( one of 2 choices ) for the meal/snack before arrival . Main meal of chicken and macaroni was AWFUL .

Good value for a lay-flat seat. Less hectic boarding due to smaller plane. Very courteous and helpful attendants. Pretty smooth travel. My one suggestion is that attendants should ask passengers to be cognizant of noise levels during an overnight flight. I had some unruly neighbors.

There was a screaming baby right in front of me almost the entire flight. The parents and the staff were clueless to do anything. It was an awful Experience. No one could sleep, earphones didn't help. Ruined my hope of getting some rest. Waste of money. Sad.

The food was seriously terrible. Never had such horrific food on any flight ever.

I have celiac disease and a designated gluten free food option would be best

Entertainment was ok and crew was alright. Rest was terrible experience

The flights are cheap, but they nickel and dime you for everything. And the seat pockets are TINY. The board from the back, which seems more efficient, but if you pay to sit up front and you board last, your chances of getting space in the overhead bin are decreased. That said, I did get space in the bin this time, so that made me happy. When booking my ticket, I paid extra to check a bag, select my seat and have food. The food was pretty salty. The only beverage with my meal was a paper cup of water - I would have had to buy a beverage separately. Fortunately, I bought a huge bottle of water at the airport and just drank that.

I got a very good price on this flight which made me very happy! I arrived in France, which was also good! The seats (and seat pockets) were small so I don’t know if a very large person could be comfortable — I bought seats in the cheapest zone so I’m sure that was a factor) The crew were all fine, except one flight attendant had some pretty strong body odor, which I noticed every time he walked past me. That wasn’t great. (Fortunately, he didn’t walk past me very many times!) Anyway, if you need to save some money, the French Bee flight from LAX international to Orly airport in Paris is a good bet! Just be prepared to pay for every single thing, including food, and bring your own snacks!)

L’équipe a été super serviable avec mon enfant de 11 mois. Un petit cadeau l attendait dans l avion, petits pots etc…

Went in with low expectations based on other reviews/the fact that this is a budget airline, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smoothly, seats were comfortable, food was not bad for airplane food, and of course the price of the flight was fantastic. The only real negatives I can think of are that the plane is a bit on the older side (think 2012-ish era planes, not a huge deal), wifi is a bit expensive, and the movie catalog is mediocre. But that is to be expected on a budget airline (I was honestly surprised they had free movies). I would definitely fly again.

No organization when it came to checking in and boarding. If you have diet restrictions make sure to plan ahead.

Flight was delayed but crew gave little to no communication, then “began boarding” but really just had everyone stand up and wait for an hour without any news or updates, as if we were going to start boarding at any second. Total chaos. Seemed like this was their first time boarding a plane. When we arrived at our destination, we waited for over an hour for the baggage claim belt to even turn on. Probably waited at baggage claim for our luggage for close to two hours. Everyone was very confused and of course we all worried that the luggage was lost. Again, zero communication and everyone we asked just said “I don’t know.” So we were left wondering whether to wait, or file a missing baggage claim, or check the other baggage claim belts (which we did every fifteen-twenty minutes because we were just confused). Lack of communication throughout the experience was a huge issue.

The value is there, but the layovers in Lisbon were not great. The passport control was so bad that a 2 hour layover became very tight and on the return the Terminal was barebones which made it a long 3 hours.

Booked business with TAP from LAX to Cabo Verde - overall ok, but just doesn’t feel like business class. More of a budget airline

I was disappointed of the crew, not friendly and attentive. Delay one way for fuel leakage and the plane is so hot. Not that great all around but I’m glad I experienced it so now know better.

Poor. Our flight was delayed and they told me I would be fine to make my connection in Lisbon, I missed it. Then they told me my bag would be automatically loaded onto my new flight to rome. It wasn’t. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have it.

Flew Business class and did not like anything, flight attendants were rude and not helpful. Food was of poor quality and I did not eat meals.

I like the price. I dislike the website where I wanted to ask questions about the unusual high prices of the luggage fees. I called the toll free number from the United States and I cannot get through. You should test your own toll free website for info and you will know what I am writing about.

Plane was delayed, reading the gates on their screens was horrible. They posted it a half an hour before the plane boarded. By the time I got there with my premier boarding they have filled the plane because it was over booked. Gate closed at 12:03 I was there at 11:54 plane took over around 12:20. I was told they would put me on the next flight. I had to go to TAP information desk. They didn’t give me a voucher they just said they would put me on the next flight. At the desk I was told I had to punches a ticket. The woman said buy it online because it’s cheaper. It in fact was not cheaper. But I had gotten out of the long line that formed so I paid 200$ for a new ticket. At a later flight, not the next flight. I had checked my bag and was told it would be on my new flight. I was then bumped to an earlier flight and was told my bag would also be on my flight. After landing in Madrid loosing a day in my hotel i landed without my bag. They didn’t load it on any flight that day. It arrived in madrid the next day. Essentially ruining the first two days of my vacation. I’m now seeking compensation.

There was no warning that they have added passport control after check in, the line was enormous and after 46 mins wait we missed our flight. Were forced to leave the airport and purchase new tickets at full price to board a later flight. TAP were unsympathetic and unhelpful.

The business class seats were smaller and closer together than other airlines.

Didn’t like having to pay fir food and bring extremely delayed in departure. We waited at the gate and on the plane for about 2 hours which made the 8 hour flight even longer. The meal service wasn’t for 4 hours and we were so hungry that we ate everything even though id was not great. They were polite but we were not happy with the clientele, who were coughing a lot and seemed entitled with many crying children. I am not anti children, I have a lot of my own but I don’t think it is good to subject them snd others to such a ling flight when they are ill.

The French bee web site kept telling me my luggage was free when trying to attempt to buy it 48 hours in advance. When i check in the price is now double and the site said because I didn’t pay for the luggage. Very disappointing when explaining that to their customer service and showing screen shots where there site said it was free therefore not allowing me to pre purchase. Seems scammy and I was surprised after showing them the screen shots they did not reimburse me for the double charge. I would have gladly paid $70 but 140 was insane seeing how I did everything I was supposed to and their site was at fault.

Excellent-boarding was quick and efficient, plenty of room in board. Friendly crew

Best price around. The food has gotten worse,,,might actually be better to board with one's own food... On time, professional staff at airport and on board.

I received an email and text message from French Bee less than 24 hours prior to my flight that there was a flight change. That flight change indicated that my flight had already left yet the message went out just under an hour before the new departure time. When calling French Bee staff (located in Texas so open at central time) they only said “sorry for the inconvenience “ and never offered or supplied information about a rebooking or what took place even when asked. They had a very blasé attitude about the entire situation. I had to buy a ticket on another airline because I was not told what was going on! A ticket to fly internationally on the same day!!!$$$$$$ so disappointing

The seating on my French Bee flight was exceedingly uncomfortable, resulting in significant discomfort. I experienced considerable pain in both my back and feet throughout the journey. food I would rate it below 0. Crew are professional. And most importantly we arrived safe.

Check in was in time. No free food. Not even water. Was asked to pay for water. Disgusting!

I know this is a stripped down airline but I didn’t expect it to be so difficult to avoid the “up charges.” I was naive when planning and checking in for my flight to Paris from Newark and they got me on the outrageous $90 in cabin carry on bag charge at the gate. But on my return flight I did everything possible to pay in advance (you have a short window to do this 48 hours before the flight departure) for that same in cabin bag so the charge would be $45 instead. It was not to be. In spite of a confirmation email that they had “added a service “ and the $45 carry on bag was accounted for, my boarding pass did not reflect that and I was charged the full amount at the gate. It adds insult to injury that the French Bee staff is gleeful when they are successfully working this nefarious up charging scam. They couldn’t care less about their customers. Very disappointed with this airline and will not be flying French Bee anytime in the future. Do NOT recommend.

Economy seats are too tight for a long haul flight. The meal was surprisingly good, though it was surprising to learn that even coffee and tea were extra pay. They also don’t distribute water regularly.

Overall impression - very bad. There is not even free water on the plane and the seats are so uncomfortable that after 7.5 hours of flight my back was just falling apart. Never pay extra for "Private" seats. It's just that part of the regular cabin is separated by curtains. This does not give any effect. Money for nothing.
