People who want to stay up all night talking with lights on and poking the back of seats to select screen choices should be sitting together at the back of the plane. Red eye flights are painful enough, and providing a dark and uninterrupted flight for most people should be your priority. I liked the premiere lounge a lot. The premiere class seats were comfortable, the entertainment selection was good, and the food was decent. We arrived safely and on time.

One of the flight attendants was rude. When offered an extra bread, the attendant rolled his eyes at me when I asked for butter . The same attendant had a very unpleasant tone with me when I was waiting to use the lavatory. Instead of kindly asking me to return to my seat, he felt the need to express that I was in the way of doing their job and ordered me to go back to my seat. Premiere class doesn't get premiere treatment I guess.

I didn’t like the service at the checking in Barcelone airport. It’s was horrible. The customer service is 0/100 I was really disappointed Never ever again on Norwegian From Newark it was great but from Barcelone. Sorry to say that it was horrible you can’t even see a smile on no one’s face at the checking

I did not like that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to change my flight because I had gone to the wrong airport. While I understand that it is my responsibility to have that information, it was simple human error (having flown into a different airport) that lead to the mistake, which should have been forgiven seeing that I called the airline, and informed them of the mistake. As the customer, I feel that the airline is not responsible for such mistakes, but do believe that there should be room for good will and customer service. The fact that the airline was not willing to help to make a change affordable (I was quoted $600+ to make the change) sadly is what determined if I will continue being a customer, and rely this airline. I won't. I also did not like that every other item during the flight had to be purchased as most other international flights include these expenses with the purchase of the ticket. Again, I understand that the airline has it's policies, but you might want to try seeing it from the passenger's perspective rather than just from a monetary one. Having to deal with such costly changes at the last moment of my trip was very unpleasant; I almost didn't have enough money to get home. These are my thoughts/suggestions/reflections on my experience with Norwegian. - Ms. Clark

Paid for an isle seat but assigned a window. No organization at boarding. Lots of signs for bag restrictions but not heeded or adhered to by passengers or staff. Ridiculous!!!

I liked the ladies, i like that the ticket was affordable and that the crew was responsive on the flight very helpful.

They charged me for my bag when i left france but said i wouldnt have to be charged to change my ticket datethen when i changed the ticket date they charged me. I wasnt charged when i left new york for my bags why now? They asked me detailed personal question about who i was visiting and why which i felt i didnt have to explain and two its none of there business whom i visit or why. Then they told me i could not bring my container onto the flight that day and made remove its liquid but didnt provided a container to put the remaining liquid into. They said it had to be no more than 100ml mine was 115ml very small. The first guy whom checked my bag said it was ok then the second guy made a big deal about the bottle. I had another bottle with olives they made me pour out the water and keep the food and the bottle but that bottle was17.6 bigger than the 100 ml bottle. I told them it was stealing i paid 50 dollars us for the product back home and that it they took it it was stealing. The told me if i wanted a container for the oil i had in the 100ml bottle i would have to go downstairs to purchase the empty container, then told me i dont know if you will have enough time to board your flight if i went to purchase it they said it would be too far. Again customs never provided a container nor remburse ment for the stuff that they steal from people. I told them i needed my water cause of health reason and they forced me to drink all of my water and not allow me to bring it on to the flight.. crazy! Horrible experience!

No where in sight when I booked my flight it said I needed to order my food in advance. The flight attendant would not even consider giving us food after everyone was served. We had to overpay for awful junk food. One of the worst experiences flying...doubt will book Norwegian ever again.

The in flight staff was very friendly

Our 2nd flight was changed by the airline, causing us to have a 6 hour layover in Philadelphia instead of a 2 hour layover. Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :(

No big crowds trying to board. Everyone had room for their items in the over head. Love the one seat by itself. Very short flight but the one steward still served beverages and cookies.

I liked the premiere lounge a lot. The premiere class seats were comfortable, the entertainment selection was good, and the food was decent. We arrived safely and on time.

One of the flight attendants was rude. When offered an extra bread, the attendant rolled his eyes at me when I asked for butter . The same attendant had a very unpleasant tone with me when I was waiting to use the lavatory. Instead of kindly asking me to return to my seat, he felt the need to express that I was in the way of doing their job and ordered me to go back to my seat. Premiere class doesn't get premiere treatment I guess.

Paid for an isle seat but assigned a window. No organization at boarding. Lots of signs for bag restrictions but not heeded or adhered to by passengers or staff. Ridiculous!!!

People who want to stay up all night talking with lights on and poking the back of seats to select screen choices should be sitting together at the back of the plane. Red eye flights are painful enough, and providing a dark and uninterrupted flight for most people should be your priority. Please switch screen selection to arm rather than tapping on someone’s back !

The in flight staff was very friendly

Our 2nd flight was changed by the airline, causing us to have a 6 hour layover in Philadelphia instead of a 2 hour layover. Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :(

I didn’t like anything about it! I would had given Norwegian airline a big fat zero if I could.

The service was horrible, disorganized and rude. This airline is the worst!!! I will never book airline ever again. Once was more than enough.

TV and movie choices. NOTHING ELSE

No where in sight when I booked my flight it said I needed to order my food in advance. The flight attendant would not even consider giving us food after everyone was served. We had to overpay for awful junk food. One of the worst experiences flying...doubt will book Norwegian ever again.

I liked the ladies, i like that the ticket was affordable and that the crew was responsive on the flight very helpful.

They charged me for my bag when i left france but said i wouldnt have to be charged to change my ticket datethen when i changed the ticket date they charged me. I wasnt charged when i left new york for my bags why now? They asked me detailed personal question about who i was visiting and why which i felt i didnt have to explain and two its none of there business whom i visit or why. Then they told me i could not bring my container onto the flight that day and made remove its liquid but didnt provided a container to put the remaining liquid into. They said it had to be no more than 100ml mine was 115ml very small. The first guy whom checked my bag said it was ok then the second guy made a big deal about the bottle. I had another bottle with olives they made me pour out the water and keep the food and the bottle but that bottle was17.6 bigger than the 100 ml bottle. I told them it was stealing i paid 50 dollars us for the product back home and that it they took it it was stealing. The told me if i wanted a container for the oil i had in the 100ml bottle i would have to go downstairs to purchase the empty container, then told me i dont know if you will have enough time to board your flight if i went to purchase it they said it would be too far. Again customs never provided a container nor remburse ment for the stuff that they steal from people. I told them i needed my water cause of health reason and they forced me to drink all of my water and not allow me to bring it on to the flight.. crazy! Horrible experience!

I didn’t like the service at the checking in Barcelone airport. It’s was horrible. The customer service is 0/100 I was really disappointed Never ever again on Norwegian From Newark it was great but from Barcelone. Sorry to say that it was horrible you can’t even see a smile on no one’s face at the checking
