All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.
Travelers who did not get tested, are advised to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.

Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."

I continued to return till boarding to find out I had no seat and I was on standby. Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled."

Cons: "I don't think it's fair that you don't any money back of you cancel your plane ticket. It shouldn't matter what type of ticket it was. You should at least be allowed a voucher for the amount of the ticket at a later date. Even if it's a percentage off, you should be allowed something. How is it that you can buy a car worth thousands, and be allowed to return it under the Lemon Law. When a company called can make billions of dollars doing this, it's just taking advantage of the little people."
Pros: "I think your agents on up did well handling rebooking and upset people. I was told I would miss my flight first thing this morning but the agent was able to get me on and I arrived in CR only 1. Hour late. Thank you for the great service. It has to be hard picking up the pieces after the hurricane."

Cons: "The first flight got delayed so I missed my connection. My connecting flight got delayed about five times and sat on the runway for over an hour. I ended getting home at eleven PM when I was anticipating getting home st 9:45 AM"

Cons: "The fact that not only was my flight cancelled but so was its replacement with no explanation."
Cons: "Our flight had a "mechanical delay" which drug on for several hours (every 30 min there would be another 30 min delay). This eventually meant we would miss our connection to Munich and had to be rescheduled to the following day. The next day we had another round of "mechanical delays" and just barely made the connection."
Pros: "Absoluteky nothing. I mean literally NOTHING. I take that back, a pilot for another flight who saw my predicament and tried his best to help me figure which flight to take in the morning. Also, as far as floors go, the airport terminal was maybe only the ninth worst I've slept on. Kudos!"
Cons: "Wretched customer service. Flight delayed multiple hours after my ride departed and stranded at airport for fourteen hours with no food or beverage comps, or even kindness from the their agents. Was told "oh well, weather". I had left my remaining cash (and didn't bring my card) with my lady friend to get the kids some nice things (she is driving back on a seperate day and was already two hours away by the time we found out flight wasn't happening in time) and absolutely zero compassion given by United. Also, required to add an 80 dollar uber when I get home because there will be no ride as my orginal ride can't make it. May also have to call out of work. Not even an offer to bump my seat on next flight to close to the cabin or exit row. Two hours on phone with customer service with no offers of even slight compensation even when this entire situation is explained. I get it. I agreed to terms of service, but your service sucked and is costing me an armful of money at this point, wouldn't it be in the slightest interest of theirs to give me a meal, or a room or even a lousy coffee?"
Cons: "Apparently flight crews are limited and even though our plane was ready to leave we had to wait for a crew member to arrive that was delayed at another airport which in turn delayed our flight."
Cons: "After getting pushed back 3 times it finally got canceled and left me and 4 other strangers to drive back home so I wouldn't miss work. Another not being late to work in the military is not good to go."

Cons: "The one "personal" bag policy is insane! I was caught off guard and had to pay for a small carry $50 @ the counter before boarding. If I were aware I could've paid in advance for a lower price and brought a large suit case. Thank God it was a short, 2 hour, flighr because it was not a comfortable seating, it was VERY crammed! AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

Cons: "You have to pay for a reclining seat, only the first theee rows have them. You have to pay for even soda drinks. Ok for shorter commutes, but a 4+ hour flight is miserable."

Cons: "When we arrived, no one was at the counter until 1.5 hrs later. Then we head to gate and boarding was very unorganized. Then in flight, flight attendants we’re rude, plane dirty."
Cons: "I was charged an extra $45 dollars from Denver to DC for my hand luggage. I had previously checked in another luggage from Vegas at the same cost. This meant i had to pay a total of $90 plus the travel cost, which was very unfortunate and very costly. Such communication of anticipated cost on hand luggage was not shared prior to the trip. This was very disappointing and clearly made my entire trip very frustrating. I would not consider using the services ever again."

Pros: "The whole plane was sick of how uncomfortable the seats where they did not lay back they where hard the tables could not even hold r drinks I will never fly again after my return trip him and I’ll make sure no one else uses them this was the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever had and my longest flight 5 hours the whole plane was not happy then they want to charge a arm in leg for every single thing this is sad"

Pros: "After flight delays due to weather, the crew hustled, as did the pilot and cockpit crew to get us to Denver close enough on schedule to get the individuals to their Kansas City connecting flight. It all went smoothly, surprisingly enough!"
Cons: "To no fault of Frontier, the snowy conditions in Denver kept us waiting at the gate at Portland, OR for 45 minutes before boarding. Once we boarded they had some kind of concern in the cockpit for another 15-20 minutes before taking off for Denver. My son, who joined me on the return flight to Denver, paid $45 for a retail box holding a neck/back massager designed for an upright straight chair. When we arrived at the carousel at DIA the box was missing. After searching for a Frontier rep, he finally was shown another area where it was located (meanwhile my son's wife had been waiting to pick us up for over a half hour.) Another passenger was also missing something as well. Directional Signs for help with missing luggage would have been helpful."
Pros: "My bag was lost in my FIVE HOUR layover in Denver, and no one could tell me where it was for five days. I only tracked it down by stalking some Frontier employees on their lunch break in seatac. I will never fly frontier again. Money saved isn't even almost worth it"

Got an incredible price for the ticket of less than $100 round trip but I doubt it was worth it. I would rather have gotten to my destinations on time."
Pros: "I admit that paying for carry-on bags, and paying extra for an assigned seat was irritating, but it still cost considerably less than any other airline. The plane was clean and looked new; the crew friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Nothing. I knew upfront that this was a "no frills" airline and did not expect all the niceties."
Cons: "While boarding, one attendant literally "yelled" at two different passengers, who she thought were stowing their luggage at the front of the plane and then being seated further back. One passenger was actually helping an elderly lady put her own suitcase in the overhead compartment - which she explained to the angry stewardess. The other passenger was placing her bag above her assigned seat and then headed to the back to the restroom. Other passengers were noticeably alarmed at the behavior of this stewardess. It was totally uncalled for and could have been handled in a much better way. I always try to avoid Frontier for a variety of reasons....."
Cons: "we were 40 minutes late and no one informed us what was going on. just made us sit and wait in the hot cabin. went to go pick up my checked bag and waited for 45 minutes to find out it got left in denver along with 12 other bags from the flight. I then waited in line for another 45 minutes while the counter tried to clean up the mess. Frontier has no agreements with any other airline so the bags will not arrive for another 24 hrs (hopefully). very frustrating experience. with Frontier remember you get what you pay for."
Cons: "Additional flight crew on board was so loud and rowdy that you could hear them all the way in the bathroom in the back of the aircraft."
Pros: "I loved the flight attendants and their positive energy throughout the entire flight. It made up for anything that Frontier Airlines didn't have to offer. Would recommend flying with Frontier Airlines to anyone looking for exceptionally priced tickets."

She's a great, well trained dog, so as confused as she was, she is flexible and did what she was told. However, I just had to focus on sleeping in my uncomfortable state. It made me angry, though, if I am being honest."
Cons: "The flight come back from Las Vegas to St. Louis delayed 7 hours on June.13(from 7:50 pm to 2:20 am, transfer port in Denver). No sorry or no proper explanation or no compensation from Frontier. All passengers can not sleep overnight. I lost the working time on Tuesday morning because the flight arrived St. Louis. about 5:30 am. I was disappointed at poor service and long-time delay for Frontier."
Cons: "I thought the world knew it was impolite to be loud during a red-eye because a lot of people try to sleep through the flight and go to work the next day. The staff, however, was yapping away -about 5 of them all in the back of the plane like middle schoolers at a slumber party. THEN they made a blaring announcement about their credit card which NOBODY wants to hear about at 5:30AM. Add some consideration and class in your flight attendant training because they certainly didn't get it growing up."
