I know the pilot did the best he could but the landing in Newark was the worst I ever went through. About 20 people vomited, including myself. The crew was very thoughtful and picked up the bags before landing.
Boarding was easy and fast; the planes were almost *exactly* on time both for departures and arrivals! Staff was friendly. I have absolutely no complaints!

I got to sleep the whole flight. I was really tired. It was a late flight and was very quiet and comfortable.

How can a plane be this cold?? I travel all the time, but I have never experienced this. It seemed like there was a general temp control - apart from the air vents. I had on a sweatshirt and by the end of the flight was sitting on my hands! Couple that with the “I don’t care” attitude of the flight crew, and I was counting the minutes to landing. Definitely not the AA that I’ve given my business to.
My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster.
We took off on time and landed about 45 minutes early. That was great
My bags were lost and didn't arrive in New York with. They were not delivered until 1am that night.

The cabin was very warm and uncomfortable for the entire flight and tarmac time. The overhead air wasn't working either so that didn't help. Other than that, the flight was great.

Poor service, cramped seats, screens small. Lufthansa does really well. This was a United flight and the difference was huge. United has no idea about service. Plus they changed our last leg without informing us that it was an hour and a half later. Then it was delayed. We left SF airport the time we were meant to be landing in SLC. That is a lot of extra time after a 11 hour flight. We were exhausted and not able to get home and sleep.

Flight was delayed 5 hrs and the reason they said was due to weather But the weather in Fort Lauderdale was not bad. Even the pilot said beautiful weather in ft lauderdale as soon as we boarded. I called the 1800 they said it was delayed to a crew member. Then I asked another car rep she said it was a delay from Cuba. So three different stories and worst experience ever! Then when we arrive the crew wasn’t ready

The boarding pass said it was an E gate, indicating Terminal E. I went there and was told to go back to Terminal C, which was where I was until I printed the ticket at the kiosk and it indicated E. I went back to Terminal C and there was no signage to explain what was going on. So I had to go get in a line to get to an agent, who sent me through the entrance to C gates, where, it turns out, there is a passageway to Terminal E. This was tiring, carrying my bags, and a waste of time.

The Avianca flight was canceled a month ago, and kayak failed to notify me.
The movie/tv system did not work despite a lot of time trying. Very disappointing when taking a long flight with a 10 year old.

LATE changed gates at last minute

Waiting in aircraft for 1hr 15 minutes before we taxied down n left. Late getting to my connect flight they promised to have a wheelchair waiting for me n it never came. I was lucky to make my connection..
United once again shows it’s disdain for customer service and any sort of quality in their product. I don’t think I’ve had flight attendants who were less caring of providing anything more than what David Spade and Chris Farley provided in Black Sheep - “show em an instructional video and throw a bag of peanuts at em and we’ll be there in no time”. United is quickly becoming the - even more so underwhelming - Greyhound of the skies

More clarification pre purchasing of extra bag fees
$50 bag fee. Attendants not friendly. The seat pocket had chewed gum on magazine. Trays were dirty when I turned on the light- looked like blood. Will not fly American anymore.

Got bumped from a flight to make way for a pilot in training. The fact that this happened on christmas eve made it even worse. Had to wait until boarding to find out that was being bumped and was told I shouldn't have been allowed to check in.
The View was spectacular. The plane was a little bit too smelly.

I asked the ground crew for a box that I had checked and was told that it would be forwarded to my next flight. It wasn't. Now cape air is telling me the only way I can get it back is to fly to San Juan and pick it up.
Got a shuttle from the plane to my terminal at STL. Very convenient.
Rather loud, but I don’t think there was much the airline could do about that. Maybe earplugs.
You see there was a terrible storm that closed the EIS Beef Island Airport. But because I booked through ya'll I was totally screwed. The individual Airlines are not permitted to rebook my ticket because you are a third party carrier. and You would not rebook because the airline could not change the flight status on the first plane from Mayaguez to San Juan - that flight was not cancelled due to the closure but because I would be stuck in San Juan for possibly 2 days with no money and no where to sleep, well you get the point. So InterCaribbean and Cape Air came to the rescue and after a 4-5 hour ordeal and having to travel to Mayaguez airport I am now rebooked.
Y'all and will never ever ever book through a third party again.
