Everyone did there jobs very well!!! The delay was from the New Jersey side which was unfortunate .Please check that my True Blue account has this flight on record. Thank you in advance. Also, you have the most leg room in the economy class seats!!!

I got more room than most, sitting in the front row.

Skipped for drink service. My eyes were closed, I wasn't sleeping, but by the time I was aware of the steward, he was gone down the aisle and serving the people behind me. Also, even though I am disabled, the steward did not help me to put my bag up in the overhead compartment, even though he insisted, the very moment I sat down that my bag needed to be placed up top. No visible plugs for headsets, or USB to charge phones. This plane looks older than I am and I'm 47 years old!

Got a shuttle from the plane to my terminal at STL. Very convenient.

Rather loud, but I don’t think there was much the airline could do about that. Maybe earplugs.

Great flight on JetBlue from JFK to Nantucket. Easy boarding, quick flight and minimal interruptions. So much better than taking the forever ferry from the Lower East side or dealing with the hassle of driving to RI/Cape to catch a quicker ferry.

I love the small planes and the overall friendliness of the pilot and the other employees - reservationists, ground crew, and others in the terminal. Once I landed in Nantucket, I had a 1 1/2 hour layover to Hyannis. When I went to check in with the reservationist, she asked if I wanted to get to Hyannis faster or if I had business on the island. I said I would like to get to Hyannis as quickly as I could, so she put me on the next flight which left within 15 minutes. After a long flight from LA to Boston, then to Nantucket, and then to Hyannis, it was nice to get home earlier than expected. I live on the Cape, and I love that I can fly into Hyannis. Then I only have a 25 minute ride home.

Flight from Havre to Billings was fine, from check in through security and to the flight. Smoke from CA, OR, NV fires really limited the view, but CapeAir did fine with their service

Seats are a little small, but that is to be expected in such a small plane. Other than that, the flight was great.

Flying over the traffic heading to Hyannis where you take the ferry to Hyannis. Experienced pilot who told us the stewardess would be passing out food after we were airborne. Good sense of humor in a 9 passenger plane.

On the trip from Boston to Nashville, I was really tired so I slept the entire way, by passing my good snacks.

The pilot made up time after taking off late, the coffe and popcorn was good

The cabin crew seemed to do nothing but try and sell you stuff from blankets, credit cards, lunch boxes they spent a lot of the flight just trying to get you to buy stuff. When we landed we landed so fast the pilot had to brake very hard that life jackets came out of the pockets under the seats.
