Staff was great

The low fare was the best part of the flight, but I later found that it came at a cost!!!!

First of all the Crew was rude and their lack of patience was obvious, the flight was delayed and was no fault of any of the passengers yet we were made to feel as if it was our ( passengers) fault. Secondly, the air was turned down, I guess to conserve fuel, and the plane was unbearably hot, And at no time was food offered for purchase or even a beverage service. I have flow AA for 20+ years and this was the FURST flight I have ever experienced. Sadly I believe it will be my last!!!!

The gate attendants and on-board crew were lovely. Pilots provided info which was great and made up some of the long delay.

There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide.

economy plus was worth the money

Flight attendants horrible refused to serve drinks or snacks due to "turbulence" But there was no turbulence. Then when passengers complained they served water only and splashed it into cups on the trays instead of pouring it into cups and handing the cups to the passengers. Nasty people.

Flight was under booked so there was plenty of room.

Crew was unexpectedly loud/chatty with one another throughout the flight, even when things were quite and calm they were calling over our heads to one another and laughing loudly. Initially, it's an international flight from Spain and no crew members in my section atleast could speak Spanish. I had to help a passenger who only spoke spanish because the attendant kept repeating an order in english, just getting louder each time.

We were diverted from Pittsburgh because of fog. Other flights landed shortly thereafter from other airlines which was frustrating, but a short delay did not ruin the day. We landed instead at Dulles. After sitting and waiting for hours we were finally all put back on the plane. Then we taxied out before the pilot told us they were over their hours or something along those lines and couldn't submit the paperwork necessary to take off. We went back to the gate and were told to wait some more in case there were more pilots. No more pilots came. No more flights were available. Instead we all hovered either around the gate desk or the customer service desk where we were told we couldn't be helped. We were instead forced to pile onto buses nearly 5 hours after we had landed at the wrong airport. We then spent another 6 hours on the road driving to Pittsburgh on a bus that was crowded and hot because the air conditioning kept failing. Because of some fog and a lot of incompetence, I arrived in Pittsburgh over 12 hours after I was supposed to. My trip in total lasted 20 hours from my flight in Seattle taking off. I missed an important event for the wedding that weekend, which was upsetting given the distance I had to travel and the amount of extra time I had scheduled in for myself, but the way we were treated was worse. There was no positive communication. Nobody knew anything. We were clearly an inconvenience that nobody knew what to do with so they just kept trying to push us off to the next person. It was infuriating and unacceptable I will never fly United again if I can possibly help it.

After 5 mins, I pushed the service button and nobody responded. After half hour, I ordered the food from another crew passed by. After I landed, they suppose to return my stroller set at the airplane gate. But they said it is not there, ask us to wait at the airport gate. We walked outside and they broadcasted again, I didn't hear very clearly but followed most parents to walk out. We wait at the baggage claim for almost 1 hour and finally, the baggage crew came back to the gate and found our stroller.

I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.

The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.

They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.

Standard no frills airline

No room for overhead bags near my seat. I paid $25 to sit up front and $35 for a carry on. I paid extra with the goal of deplaining first. Crew refused to allow me to stow the bags in the front bin, had to place it 10 rows back. If I didn’t run to my gags as soon as Wen landed would have been the last to deplane. If allegiant is going to charge so much for carry on, they need to find a way so front passengers are not squeezed out like this.

I am so angry booking with them. I booked the flight and then thought, ok I will add a rental car. It said clearly that the rental Car could be canceled up until 24 hours before the flight. Well, 2 weeks before the flight, my friend said, don’t get a rental car, I will have my car. So I cancelled and only then did I find out that once I booked it through their site I could not get a refund for the car and I could only get a voucher for use on one of their flights! And only after they take out any fees and costs that was accrued! So angry!

Everything was great. Smooth flight. It's funny to read the reviews. Apparently some people don't read the website info and are surprised they got charged for everything. Why do they think the ticket is so cheap? It's great if all you take is a backpack. The cheap ticket airlines all have similar business models. If not careful they'll charge you for air to breathe. Have to read the fine print folks. The rookie travelers don't realize that all flights have extra 30 minutes in schedule so their on time arrival stats look good. BTW the airline has nothing to do with whether you get TSA pre check or not. It's random unless you buy the 5 yr deal through TSA.

Missed my flight after trying to check-in online multiple times. I was then told by an attendant with a half hour remaining before my flight that the computers were shut down and unable to check-in? The flight barely started boarding before then and your policy states that shouldn't happen until 10-15 minutes before takeoff?!?!?!?! I will be calling to notify you of my experience and try to figure out how to offset the nearly $500 I lost in buying another last minute ticket.

Way off schedule, way to tight of space, no way to sleep being such a late flight! As far as a beverage, they were out of everything!! Nice air line for quick trips,but to fly for 4 hrs at night from leaving at 12;00am, just impossible to sleep or really relax.

Good -- but my flight from Pittsburgh to STL was not so good. My flight was delayed HOURS. I was supposed to get to my destination by 10pm. I did not get there until 1am. I was so so tired and cold sitting in the airport. I felt like we would never leave. That was definitely a disappointment.
