Went smooth and without delays

Seat was very comfortable

No food to buy

Flight was delayed, first because we had to wait forever for fuel. It was really hot on the plane while we waited. It would have been better to wait for the plane to be fueled, or at least started fueling, before boarding. Then we sat and waited in the backed up line for takeoff. It was miserably hot.

Boarding was easy and i had a great seat.

It wasnt a long flight so there was no entertainment and minimal food.

I actually have no complaints. All went well on both legs of my flight.

Flight crew is nice.

I'm a small to average sized woman and I had no room to move. It's the only airline that goes from Atlanta to Atlanic City so I have no choice. Oh and the 2 hour delay was aweful too. I understand these things happen but I never expect that in May.

Our plane had mechanical problems at a previous destination which caused a chain reaction of delays. We were supposed to depart at 11:59pm. We departed closer to 3am and arrived 3 and a half hours late. As I result I missed an appointment costing me $75. This is our second JetBlue flight this weekend, both of which had major delays and greatly hampered our trip.

Needless delays, poor communication

I spent 11 hours at the airport waiting to fly out to Nantucket. The entire time we were told the flight wouldn't be canceled. At 12am it was finally canceled. By that time there was only 1 seat left the next day to Nantucket. My flight the next day was canceled as well.

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

Carry-on passengers getting zone one loading was wonderful to let everyone with bulky items get out of the way.

The fees, on top of fees, on top of fees. Lack of entertainment at all. The fact you charged me to change my name on my boarding pass, which is GD ridiculous. Seriously, the name change fee, and baggage fee made my fare over DOUBLE what I originally paid. It's robbery and I won't be flying this airline again.

I like that i had a choice to either pay or not to pay to select seat or carry on luggage

Crew was very nice and polite. And fight was good.

With Spirit you pretty much know what to expect.

The flight went well but overall I was not pleased with Spirit and do not plan on using them anymore!

I had to pay for my luggage which I'm use to carry on being free and the flight was delayed twice!! First they told me 12 and then it was 1

The crew at the gate as well as the crew on the plane were excellent and very helpful. The gate crew made rerouting very easy.

The 3 hour delay made for an exceptionally long trip. Delays are so very common on United; especially when connecting through O'Hare.

Flight delayed due to weather. Rebooking was a zoo, had to pay for hotel room and worst of all waited over an hour at baggage claim to get our bags back. It's taking us 2 days to get from Albuquerque to Austin.

Had to pay to pay extra to watch t.v. was $7.99 for a 2 hour flight. Could go to a theater for those prices. Everyone in my group complained about it.

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

The attendants at the check-in desk were great. The helped resolve all issues from passport information to overweight luggage. I wouldn't have made my flight if not for them

There were 3 different flights to my trip. The first flight I was served a small bag of cheeze its and a Coke. I had two flight changes with only one hour to get to the next terminal check-in and start loading. No time to eat. That one small bag of cheeze its had to last me for 20+ hours travel time. It was all I was served. Wish I'd received a little more info on my booking info that would have warned me to pack my own lunch

Free wifi!!! Comfortable seats. Pleasant flight attendants.
