I thought I paid for a round trip for carry-on and my ticket only had one way when I purchased a round trip Didn't make sense to me .Not what you want to hear when it's time to go home.
Support for wheel chair was not good. Desk did not open until 2 hours before takeoff not check in time.
Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it
What entertainment!? Snack i bought was unusual and in very small quantity. Very limited selection of snacks to buy. Taste was mediocre.
Leg room was good. Seat pockets were good. Especially the one for menu. Personal Explanation for potential of needing help since i came on a wheelchair was excellent! That has never happened to me flying before. It happened before many passengers had boarded and the attendant leaned way over in front of me. Great help with my carry on since i was in a wheelchair. I was surprised about cost of drinks and snacks. Didn't know there was no free snack. I was cold on both legs of flight. Asked for a blanket but none was brought. Does Breeze even have them? Temperature was adjusted for a short time. Had to put on jacket and put a shirt from my carry on across my legs. Guy next to me pulled his collar up. My nose was cold to touch. I asked flight attendant if they always kept it that cold. She said she thought they had adjusted the temp. When i suggested she feel how cold my nose was, she said she would note it. Casual dress of crew was interesting to me. I thought tennis shoes was very practical. Observed the captain had gone to get food at a fast food place for the crew before we took off. They did not have time to go having moved from one plane to the next at a different gate than planned. Thought that was great commaradiery! And i told him so. Hard to reach call button and air control. Gate staff suggested we use restrooms before boarding since one on board was so small. Thought that was amusing and thoughtful. Pilot made announcements about delays--mechanical warning light, weather delay, traffic on runway and construction near gate and weather where we were landing. Interesting about crew having to do cleanup. Nice about offering upgrades a couple days before flight. Nice sbout sending reminder to check in.
Flying with this airline is a true nightmare. We got delayed than stranded on layovers due to maintenance issues both ways of our flight and there’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI bots that are absolutely useless. Never again.
Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
Great experience. Non stop is great in and of itself.
Unfortunately, I left my headphone's case in the bag of the front seat. I was seating on 9C. Hopefully the found it and I can get it back. I have not been able to get in contact with Southwest. Other than that, everything went fine.
Maybe different snack selection. To much sodium in them. I know refrigerators are not available but there has to be healthier items.
Wifi was terrible. I couldn't get any work done on the long flight
It's a shame that SW was previously my preferred carrier until they started imposing all these fees (luggage, seats,etc) and pulling back on other perks. I only flew with them this time due to time frame I needed to be at destination. Wasn't provided gate info during check-in, Gate info wasn't displayed at airport until last minute, gate info didn't match what SW personnel announced at fate. Kind of a mess.
Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
Southwest has been a nightmare. Delayed flights, missed connections, systems down. Never again am I flying southwest.
had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.

They changed my seat assignment from window to middle. I have a physical need to sit by the window because of spinal issues. I unboarded in pain, I also was placed between 2 very large men. I am very disappointed and now dealing with the physical aftermath.
These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.
The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
My seat was changed without my consent. It wasn’t a major deal but annoying.
Flew in first class. It received service and attention that would be considered poor even by economy standards.

The flight crew was the worst I've experienced. If they worked for me, I would fire them immediately. They never smiled, they seemed angry and avoided passengers as much as possible. The food was not edible, and my luggage was lost. I will never fly United again!!!
The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious

My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
My wallet fell out of my pocket ( my fault). Staff claimed they looked while cleaning. Said they didn't find it, but was actually found in Washington DC on the plane. Which mean either they didn't look or don't do a good job of cleaning. Now I have to pay 27 dollars to get it shipped back and have no wallet for my entire vacation
My feedback from the trip to Columbia to Chicago was meant for Chicago to Denver.
The plane was delayed after we boarded - although they sent an email to my work email (which I did not get until later) there was no announcement from the PA about the delay in flight. Fortunately, they made up the time in the air and we landed around the original time.
I couldn’t get a beverage because my tray table was broken
The staff and flight were great! The inflight enteretaintment did not work from EZE to MIA. They attempted to troubleshoot but exhausted all options.

I liked that 5 pound refreshment voucher was given for 1 hr delay. Staff were courteous and professional. I was expecting more for the 2nd meal (pizza). Usually for a long flight, the 2nd meal is something like eggs/sausage/potatoes/fruit/dessert.
I love having an opportunity to choose different the dietary restriction. Crew was very nice. I was watching movies & TV shows entire flight.
Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding
Cabin crew were good Food could be a lot better
90 min delay for a food cart that needed to be fixed.
