They could have used the bathroom to stuff a few more people on this flight. Whoops, no, bathroom not clean. Tray broken on seat. Seated in last row and asked to close bathroom door of it opened during takeoff. Seated next to very large passenger who wanted to share my seat. Sat on tarmac for 30 minutes waiting to take off. For this, I paid $650.

Poorly marked gate. Late boarding time. Sat on shuttle for 20 minutes before they took us to the plane. Then we sat on the plane with the heat blasting and no air available. Flight was delayed due to maintenance.

The gate agent for United at Newark was very rude and dismissive. Would not answer any of my questions or anyone who attempted after me. His attitude was very poor and seemed to not care about his job. Plane was late arriving in Portland Maine.

It's a budget carrier - I don't expect great food and brand new upholstery. I expect safe, on-time travel, and JetBlue meets and exceeds my expectations every time. Very happy. A great, community-involved company too.

Free Wi-Fi, but it seems you have to sign up for an account or/and do something with Amazon. Needlessly complicated. If the Wi-Fi is free, just let passengers join.

Half the passengers were sleeping in rows to themselves. I’m 6’5” with a bad back and was stuck in an aisle seat, unable to even rest much less sleep. I get that those seats were available for purchase, but after the doors close it seems ridiculous to not let a customer sit there, ESPECIALLY is taller folks!!!! One could make the argument that it’s less safe as well, seeing how there’s no one IN the exit row to help open the window in the event of an emergency. I like Jetblue but this policy is likely to keep me from flying them if I can fly for just a bit more $ and have comfort.

Heartless rule, give the flight attendants power to make customers happy...healthy!

Polite flight staff. Easy check in.

My initial flight from PWM to DCI was canceled within an hour of boarding time, and reschedule for a whole day later. Despite calling customer service, I was offered no form of compensation or alternative route at that time. My rescheduled flight for the next day had a last minute gate change, and then was then delayed for over one hour. I wasn't alerted until I was already at the gate. On my return journey from DCI to PWM, I was not given a seat assignment, my gate was changed 5 minutes before boarding, then the flight was delayed 45 minutes before the initial boarding time. After boarding, our plane was delayed on the runway for over an hour due to a mechanical problem. I was supposed to arrive home at 11:30pm, but did not land in Portland until 1:15am. I understand that unexpected problems occur, but not ONE part of my trip went according to the itinerary. Even the adjusted schedule eventually had to be adjusted (or readjusted). Each of these schedule changes meant I missed out on some very important events. This flight was affordable, but not cheap. Had I known I wasn't able to make certain appointments, I would have reconsidered even spending the money to make the trip. I'm very disappointed that American not only did not over some form of compensation, but flat out denied me any sort of voucher when I very meekly asked. Why should I consider spending money on another flight with American in the future, when I CANNOT count on any sort of schedule reliability? Or, when things go wrong, I cannot count on being supported as a valued customer through some sort of compensation?

Going to Denver was delayed and now return trip delayed We were give 3 separate reasons. Poor communication. Just telling me a flight will be delayed is not communication. Lack of a free snack was disappointing. May have to rethink flying Delta next time.

I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.

The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.

United Express flies out of Terminal A at Newark (EWR) and routinely they do not have Precheck lanes open. Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags.

The low fare was the best part of the flight, but I later found that it came at a cost!!!!

First of all the Crew was rude and their lack of patience was obvious, the flight was delayed and was no fault of any of the passengers yet we were made to feel as if it was our ( passengers) fault. Secondly, the air was turned down, I guess to conserve fuel, and the plane was unbearably hot, And at no time was food offered for purchase or even a beverage service. I have flow AA for 20+ years and this was the FURST flight I have ever experienced. Sadly I believe it will be my last!!!!

The flight was fine, but my flight was cancelled on the 29th and the agent who helped rebook my flight was abrupt, then I get to the airport on the 30th and the flight is delayed another 2 hours. Of course it was all "weather" related, so no help from the airlines. I'm not a satisfied customer. I would have flown Delta if it was possible.

My rescheduled flight for the next day had a last minute gate change, and then was then delayed for over one hour. I wasn't alerted until I was already at the gate. On my return journey from DCI to PWM, I was not given a seat assignment, my gate was changed 5 minutes before boarding, then the flight was delayed 45 minutes before the initial boarding time. After boarding, our plane was delayed on the runway for over an hour due to a mechanical problem. I was supposed to arrive home at 11:30pm, but did not land in Portland until 1:15am. I understand that unexpected problems occur, but not ONE part of my trip went according to the itinerary. Even the adjusted schedule eventually had to be adjusted (or readjusted). Each of these schedule changes meant I missed out on some very important events. This flight was affordable, but not cheap. Had I known I wasn't able to make certain appointments, I would have reconsidered even spending the money to make the trip. I'm very disappointed that American not only did not over some form of compensation, but flat out denied me any sort of voucher when I very meekly asked. Why should I consider spending money on another flight with American in the future, when I CANNOT count on any sort of schedule reliability? Or, when things go wrong, I cannot count on being supported as a valued customer through some sort of compensation?

They could have used the bathroom to stuff a few more people on this flight. Whoops, no, bathroom not clean. Tray broken on seat. Seated in last row and asked to close bathroom door of it opened during takeoff. Seated next to very large passenger who wanted to share my seat. Sat on tarmac for 30 minutes waiting to take off. For this, I paid $650.

I got to my destination and didn’t die.

Poorly marked gate. Late boarding time. Sat on shuttle for 20 minutes before they took us to the plane. Then we sat on the plane with the heat blasting and no air available. Flight was delayed due to maintenance.
