I thought I paid for a round trip for carry-on and my ticket only had one way when I purchased a round trip Didn't make sense to me .Not what you want to hear when it's time to go home.
Support for wheel chair was not good. Desk did not open until 2 hours before takeoff not check in time.
Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it
Flight was rescheduled from (originally) early Saturday departure to a late Sunday departure. Then the late Sunday departure was delayed again (weather) and got in very late. We’ve enjoyed Breeze a lot, but this particular experience was a little disappointing.
My original booking was a nonstop flight. It got changed to a flight with a 6vhour layover that became a 7+ hour lay over. I'll never fly this airline again after this roundtrip is over.
The flight itself was A+ but boarding sucked. They boarded all passengers at once, and as a result I did not get to put my carryon in an overhead bin near me so I had to wait till near the end to deplane.
Flights were consistently delayed and we were given no reason for the delays. We could not check our bags until two hours before the flight boarded in Myrtle Beach, even though we were there and there was someone manning the check-in at the terminal. It is also asinine to charge $70 to check your luggage at the terminal, but charge $35 if you choose to check your luggage via the Breeze app. The seats were comfortable enough and the flights were quick once we actually got on the plane and off the tarmac. But again, we were constantly delayed.
The app, website, and boarding passes never updated with gate information. This makes it very difficult at a large airport to guess which terminal to go to to check the screen for your flight. We had a delay and that also was never updated on website, app, or boarding pass. So when those picking people up from flight checked flight status they were told we would be on time which was not the case. With technology available neither of those situations are appropriate and were completely avoidable minus lack of willingness from Breeze to provide accurate and up to date information.
Prior to boarding we were told the flight was still on time up until about 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Details on the new departure time and gate were not provided to us in a timely fashion and we were lead to board a flight to Pittsburgh only to realized upon scanning my boarding pass that it was the wrong flight when signage at the gate said Providence. However, once on board the plane was comfortable and staff courteous and nice.
Perfect. Even got a screwdriver in Pitt to fix my sons luggage. Awesome airline.
Wifi was terrible. I couldn't get any work done on the long flight
It's a shame that SW was previously my preferred carrier until they started imposing all these fees (luggage, seats,etc) and pulling back on other perks. I only flew with them this time due to time frame I needed to be at destination. Wasn't provided gate info during check-in, Gate info wasn't displayed at airport until last minute, gate info didn't match what SW personnel announced at fate. Kind of a mess.
Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
Southwest has been a nightmare. Delayed flights, missed connections, systems down. Never again am I flying southwest.
had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.
I wouldn’t say Southwest is low cost airline. The only surprise for me is that they don’t assign seats. How they do W&B?

The WiFi on the plane was out. I also thought movie options were lacking.
They changed my seat assignment from window to middle. I have a physical need to sit by the window because of spinal issues. I unboarded in pain, I also was placed between 2 very large men. I am very disappointed and now dealing with the physical aftermath.
These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.
The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
My seat was changed without my consent. It wasn’t a major deal but annoying.
Flew in first class. It received service and attention that would be considered poor even by economy standards.

Breakfast before landing was a reheated breakfast “calzone” which was not good, at all. Otherwise, food was good. Crew not very attentive for taking trash from passengers being a little slow in eating.
Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
What's not to like? Value?definitely. Every JetBlue member was extremely friendly on this flight. Very very nice new-ish aircraft,plenty of room. GOOD coffee. Entertainment,I didn't need it,but I think its available. What to do better? Well,there's nothing we can do about the other people, unbelievable how some folks are operating. Just don't allow people to lug all their stuff onto the aircraft. 1 bag. That's it. Be easier for you too. I personally would enjoy more options in schedule. One flight in and out a day is warranted given the local,I understand, but the times are inconvenient. Again, I completely understand why it is that way,It would however be great to have different options.
Had to wait over an hour in line for a Jet Blue agent to appear at the the counter. Ended up a customer service agent from another airline lines helped to check us in, and boarding pass,
Thought the economy premium experience would match that of the Amsterdam to Boston flight. Aircraft was older: chair didn’t lean back. I had to buy a blanket, which on the flight over was complimentary. Flight crew seemed disinterested all around.
Paid relatively a lot of money for a not comfortable seat. I would not take this service again until seating is improved. Food also not up to standard for price paid.
I propose enhancing the legroom across the entire cabin seating area and expanding the snack selection. The airline companies should prioritize customer needs over the extravagant and unjustified salaries of upper management.
They cancelled the flight after 5 hours at the airport and the only flight they offered was for the next day with a 7.5 layover in fll. This was not going to work for me as this was only a weekend trip and getting into providence at 10 pm a day later caused me to lose Mo ey on hotels money on airport parking a dog sitter etc. they wouldn’t offer any type of a voucher or anything else. All they did was refund the flight which didn’t help me with all the money in time I lost. I was going to see my very sick father

First time flying with JetBlue and never again. I went to the counter to request meet and assist because I'm 74 and my wife is 79. I walk with a cane and my wife is handicapped and has her own wheel chair. I told the agent that my wife and luggage was at the entrance door. The ticketing agent said to me that they don't offer meet and assist. I need to bring them our luggage and then go back and get my wife in order to get my boarding pass. As I went back to get my luggage a Southwest agent along with a TSA agent recognized the situation and came over and took my wife and luggage to the JetBlue ticketing counter alongside the line and told the JetBlue agent to issue to take our luggage as soon as they could.
Loved the leg room and tvs screens on the seats and free WiFi. Wish the price was lower and could save by rebooking

I liked that 5 pound refreshment voucher was given for 1 hr delay. Staff were courteous and professional. I was expecting more for the 2nd meal (pizza). Usually for a long flight, the 2nd meal is something like eggs/sausage/potatoes/fruit/dessert.
I love having an opportunity to choose different the dietary restriction. Crew was very nice. I was watching movies & TV shows entire flight.
Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding

My luggage was lost at some point during my layover between Chicago and LHR. I landed Tuesday morning, and did not get it until Thursday night. Ironically, the people at the ticket desk had added a “priority” sticker to my tracking tag.
Quick flight again no one illness why there were multiple delays and changing of the gate number.
This was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I've had to date. I had changed my flight day of to this one as it was slated to depart on time. It ended up being so delayed that my original flight took off before this one did. The boarding process began but eventually stopped and everyone had to get off the plane as a problem was identified. The person at the front desk just tried to laugh it off as if this wasn't already a huge inconvenience. From there, we eventually got to board only to sit at the gate for an additional hour because of some additional issue. This was extremely frustrating and caused a lot of stress.
The flight was initially delayed, then cancelled. American Airlines says the cancellation was weather related, though the actual weather was not bad in both Washington and Providence and between. There were very few cancellations that day. In fact, AA2120 from Washington, DC to Boston flew with a minor delay at about the same time. So, the weather somehow affected only this particular flight AA5230. The next available flight was the following morning. The American Airlines refused to reimburse accommodation (hotel at DCA)
This is by far the worst experience I have had with American Airlines. The start of this trip was a complete disaster. I purposely planned my trip so that I would weather any delays so that I could make very important meeting at the Pentagon. My flight was cancelled because of maintenance and I was put on the first flight the next day but I was late to the meeting. After a long week at the Pentagon I just wanted to go home and my flight home which was early in the day was delayed. Eventually the flight was delayed until the next day. I was not authorized a hotel room because DCA was my point of origin. So I paid for a hotel out of pocket. The flight this morning was boarded then deplaned because the aircraft was hot. The flow of information was not happening in DCA and made it worse when the news was bad. I am going to take a break from American for my next few military flights. Hopefully whatever has been going on with American Airlines will be resolved.
