Me with my knee replacement can’t run and my wheelchair was not in sight. Thank goodness I had a carryon with wheels. I was out of breath when I got to Delta and the last passengers were boarding. I started panicking and interrupted the ground steward who asked me to wait with a smile. I waited . So when I told them I was standby they waved me on after showing my passport. I couldn’t find my boarding pass. I was pleasantly surprised to get a seat in first class. I was so thankful. My first time. Good things come to those who wait! Thank you Delta."

Advised luggage person but she was so busy with others looking for their lost bags.Deltahad no control over Wx, but we deserved better service and assistance to make things no so exasperating."

Cons: "ON MY WAY BACK HOME FROM MSP AIRPORT. I GOT TO THE AIRPORT AT 2:10 PM MY FLIGHT IS AT 3:05 PM. I GOT TO THE COUNTER TO CHECK IN TO MY FLIGHT THE PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER IS TELLING ME THAT YOU CANT CHECK IN YOU ARE LATE FOR YOUR FLIGHT. I TOLD THEM I CALLED LAST NIGHT TO CHOOSE MY SEAT I HAD CHECK IN AND THAY ARE TELLING ME NO YOU DID NOT CHECK IN. I TOLD THEM I HAVE ONE HOUR BEFORE MY FLIGHT HOW AM I LATE!! I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE IS TELLING ME THE FLIGHT IS LEAVING 10 MINUTES EARLY. I TOLD THEM NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT THE FLIGHT IS LEAVING EARLY. THEY DIDN'T LET ME GET ON MY FLIGHT. I WAS AT THE AIRPORT ONE HOUR BEFORE MY FLIGHT. I HAD TO TAKE ANOTHER FLIGHT TO SAN FRANCISCO THAN PAY $300 FOR A FLIGHT BACK TO LOS ANGELES. I REPORT THIS AIRLINE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THAT IS A JOKE I GOT TO THE AIRPORT 1 HOUR BEFORE MY FLIGHT AND I CANT GET ON."

Cons: "Need check-in kiosks where you can print boarding pass without waiting in line. I checked in online but couldn't print my pass because I don't have a printer. I still had to wait in line like everyone else who hadn't yet checked in at both airports and wasn't checking a bag either. Delta sends the boarding pass right to your phone."

Cons: "Advanced check in by email did not work with no explanation. Did not make a difference in the end but it took half an hour at the desk the next day to straighten it all out, mostly getting the receipt."
Cons: "Staff managed to spend almost the whole trip passing out drinks/snacks. Like, does it really take 3.5 hours to do that? Maybe it does. Announcements were informal - really felt like we were on a training flight. Staff wasn't helping people with bags or to find their seats like other airlines do. Maybe this more relaxed atmosphere is why the prices are lower? If so, that's fine with me - but doesn't seem like you're gunning to attract more business or be anything other than the airline in between the disgusting model of Spirit and the lame cost-cutting of major airlines. Like, innovation is only possible via dissension, and I'm sure your business is having the same troubles with idiot senior leaders as every other US corporate business is, but if you're going to ask for feedback, the feedback is stop being so blah and stand for something other than your Board. Plenty of ideas out there - stop being so pro-short term profit and start having some fun!"
Cons: "Everything about the flight as fine. But I had to make a few changes to 2 separate flights and each time I waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to an agent."
Pros: "I haven't flown Sun Country for many years because I couldn't get directly where I was going on that airline. I was so pleasantly surprised on both of my flights--non-stop to and from SFO from MSP--at the cleanliness of the plane, the comfortable seats, the tiny bit of extra knee room made all the difference for me, a long-legged woman of a certain age. The passengers were assigned seats mostly on the aisle and window, giving us an empty middle seat for space and separation of space. That made so much sense. On the flight home, I was not feeling well, and I talked with a Flight Attendant who allowed me to take on of the several empty rows (it was a red eye flight) so I could lie down for a couple hours of the flight. Again, common sense, as the rows were empty, but such a caring gesture. I will sing Sun Country's praises and check their routes first before I make any other arrangements for flights."
Pros: "The crew was very nice, and very hospitable. I really enjoyed the flight overall and had a nice time and will be flying again but i do hope to see a change at the check in counter."
Cons: "But I waited at the check in counter for 1 1/2 before i could check in at LAX, when some did come they called me next then answered there phone making me and everyone behind me wait while the person spoke the there mom, i understand there are family things that are important and things happen but i felt highly disrespected as a flier because i am paying for this flight. In the end he did not excuse himself or apologize or step away he was on the phone for 5mins set in on the counter and checked me in, in silence not speaking to me at all."
Pros: "I've flown Sun Country in the past & have always had a great experience. This time was no different! 10 min prior to boarding, we were upgraded to first class!! Couldn't have been a more relaxing flight. Would definitely consider flying first class with them again. Thanks, Sun Country!"

Did not seem to have enough crew. . . took forever to get the limited service - - crew seemed complacent - no enjoyment in their jobs - doing what they always do. Having enjoyed five years with Delta - I enjoyed my job and the people. No one seems to like their job now. Shame. Takes even more fun out of flying these days. It's a job - more people - more coffee - more sodas.... Don't LIKE it. . . give someone else the chance to fill that position. Flying Should be Fun. . . it's special!! every time."
