It was all a wonderful experience. I hate to fly and I hate to travel yet. This was a very pleasurable event. Thank you.
My first leg was canceled 3 hr before leaving. My return trip left late. I leave it to Alaska higher ups to figure out what can be improved. Just put yourself in the passengers position.
We were bumped from first class to coach. We paid for first class. It was not a promo or points upgrade. We have to file an appeal instead of immediate refund.
Employees are always helpful and professional. The flight was 30 minutes delayed but everything else went seemlessly.
Boarded us on a plane that had ongoing maintenance and it was 105 degrees out. Sat in the cooking heat for an hour before taking off. WiFi didn’t work over half the flight so I couldn’t get any work done
The flight left almost an hour and a half late because Alaska Airlines didn’t have anyone there who was qualified to drive or tow the airplane from its overnight parking spot to our gate. Because of that debacle, MANY passengers, including me, missed our connecting flights.

Flight attendant was excellent, pleasant and attentive. Announcements were clear and pleasant.
In spite of interacting with multiple employees at check-in, I was not told that my gate was only accessible by shuttle bus. I missed my flight as a result.
Delta was great because the flight was almost 5 hours so I had access to tons of movies news, etc. so it helped past the time by no other plane WestJet did not have movies so Delta was the best
Noting this only because it’s so unusual for delta: this was just an uncomfortable flight. The jet ridge was too hot and the plane wasn’t any better. By the time we got off the ground the AC was on but for such a short flight it was almost too late.
1) It was extremely hot in the cabin. All the passengers were sweating and it almost became suffocating 2) It was a 50 min flight but there was no service. How can a 50 minute flight not have any drink/snack service?
Very bad multiple confusion and miscommunication which i ended up missing my flight.
There was no food, so :( to that one. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. Not Delta's fault. Not the crew's fault. Considering how tired all us passengers were, everything went surprisingly well. The flight crew were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I always fly Delta.

Our flight from Detroit to LaGuardia on Thursday 8/20 was delayed from 555 to 910 due to storms and a ground stop at LGA. It’s never fun to be stuck at the airport but I thought the desk crew and captain handled it well and kept us informed. I especially liked how they referred to us as their “LaGuardia family.” I am a loyal delta customer and this is one of the reasons why.
Terrible. Waited on runway for 1+ hour after landing and then was brought to wrong terminal
The flights were on time; all went as expected which is a big positive! No delays! There was no food or drink service in any legs, which I understand due to the short flight time.
Had us delay to fix forward restroom only to have stop working so I had a line of people's rear. The entire flight.
First time flying business class. Very comfortable for our long flight to Europe.
Not a United thing, but late afternoon departures from Denver with thunderstorms is always prone to delays.
Kayak booked this flight with only 1h 20min layover in Chicago. This made it impossible for me and several other passengers to reach this flight. Moreover, the gate closed boarding in spite of several passengers still on their way without waiting even one more minute. However, the plane departed with 20min (!) delay, i.e., there would have been at least 15 min time to let the delayed passengers board without causing any delays. I complained and as a "thank you" the attendent booked us on the last (!) flight to Indianapolis ~7h later! Thankfully, I caught the spitefulness and the United customer line rebooked the flight to an earlier flight. Although I can't grade this particular flight since I never had a chance to take it, Kayak made the mistake of a too short layover and the crew at the gate was awful.
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Really delayed, no effort to support customers other than “sometimes we run late.”
It was serviceable, nothing special but nothing awful on this leg.
On boarding crew at the airport called in the boarding numbers too early meaning before the previous line was completed resulting in later numbers getting to board ahead. Also she asked those who boarded from number 3 to have the tags in their carry-on bags and leave it in the jet bridge. Most of the overhead bins were empty though. This is more work for the ground staff in addition to more inconvenience for passengers waiting to get their carry-ons from the jet bridge.
Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.
The flight was excellent. Their was no service as we boarded, the flight attendants spent about 30 minutes just taking and not really caring that the cabin was about 80 degrees and did not offered any beverage to first class passengers or any passenger. The flight from DEN to ONT is not long but not under an hour, we received one drink and bag of chips if you were lucky. I was in first class…. I did leave my hat on the plane and it only took less than five minutes for a United rep to locate and bring it to me.
Bad check in experience. Dirty ancient aircraft. Truly awful food and this in Business/ First class.
The flight was delayed by about an hour due to a maintenance issue which later then required a change of planes. The crew was great and friendly. The in-flight entertainment did not play properly on Apple Vision Pro in a Safari browser. Although the movie trailers would play fine, the actual movies themselves just had a black screen with audio. There must be something with copy protection or something that isn’t compatible with the Safari browser on Apple Vision Pro. The free inflight Wi-Fi for American Airlines Advantage members is a nice bonus. and is great that they aren’t charging extra for things that have become basic utilities in 2026, like internet access.
DCA-LAX No screen on a 5 hour flight (almost) no food for sale on a 5 hour flight (practically) no wifi coverage or speed on a 5 hour flight I should have gotten my money back, shame on American
Delayed flight led to missed connection which led to new flight with 3 hours of delay so our family of 5 went from a 7pm arrival time to 1am Absolutely terrible yet again.

We’ve had a year of delays with American, and this one was another flight to add to that list. It just reduced our vacation by a day! So frustrating. In-flight entertainment (TVs) weren’t working, There was no drinks service due to delivery issues.
