Cons: Just a cookie for a 3 hour flight

Cons: Boarding is slow and awkward, with too many passengers with carryons that don't fit. AA did not enforce size restriction on carryon bags, nor help maximize bin space. Mainstream carriers really need to rethink boarding procedures. I've been spoiled by the speed of Southwest and the attentiveness of SWA staff to the process.

Pros: On time, crew was nice.

Cons: Seats are too tight. Board from the outsides in, not front to back. Windows seats in the back go first (after first class, ADA, etc), and fill the cheap seats back to front. As it is, literally everyone with an aisle seat ends up on first and overheads fill before people have a chance to know, requiring a lot of against-the-flow foot traffic and delays pushing away from gate.

Cons: I wish the WiFi worked better and did not break down.

Pros: Plane was good except the seat which was hard and not reclining enough and headset was “hard to hear”. Services were good but food (meals) were awful.

Pros: Flight was fina s far as air travel goes today. If they are forcing taller people to pay extra for comfort they have succeeded as in the future I will have to look into "comfort plus. I am not large, 6'1" 180# and my knees were tight to the seat in front with my back tight into the seat. Not a great way to spend 4 hours!!!

Cons: I would ask that the gate does not share in detail reason for delay in seat assignment is related to getting a family sitting together when the basic rules should apply unilaterally.

Cons: The boarding process was terrible. The fight was never announced on the Airport monitors. At the Last moment we had to ask at the info desk about the flights. The fight was delayed for 2 jours.

Cons: Well Kayak kept emailing saying the flight was delayed. One email even said it was delayed 3 hours! Yet it was not delayed at all. No entertainament options at all on a 5 hour flight

Pros: the seat was tight and doesn't recline if the person behind you is leaning on it. wouldn't let us board because it wasn't the right group yet forcing us to stand on the side for 30 minutes until they started calling our group again.

Pros: Crew was great, very generous with snacks and beverages, and prior to boarding we were able to switch flights and seats without problem. All the Delta agents were extremely helpful, and had great customer service!

Cons: crj900 from BUF-MSP is a wreck. worn out, uncomfortable seats, cold air coming from floor toes were numb for about 20m after flight. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight, lost comfort+ upgrade I paid for. No excuse for pitch in main cabin on 737-900 ER.

Cons: On the first leg of my journey, there was a card explaining how to get inflight entertainment using the aainflight.com which worked great. However the Phoenix to Eugene leg used Boingospot but there was no card in the seat pocket explaining what needed to be put in your browser to access the entertainment portal. There were only two flight attendants on the flight and, aside from the drink service, no one ever came to the back of the plane so I could ask the question. I could have used the call button but I think that should be saved for emergencies. I think the information on how to access the inflight entertainment should be in every seat pocket

The crew was also very rude to fellow flight members. There was a small mix up with seats and instead of being nice to a lay they she was actually yelled at. The flight crew was very unpleasant.

Pros: When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights.

Cons: The Boeing 737-800 did NOT have enough leg room for me. My first flight to Houston was very uncomfortable, even with an aisle seat. If I can, I will avoid this plane when booking future flights.
