Cons: "My mother, Linda Thompson, has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Along with this condition, stress can bring on non-epileptic seizures. My mother has had to endure one of these seizures due to the stress that this incident had put her through. As my mother's power of attorney, I am helping her vocalize this incident that she has experienced. The image below shows the spot where she was left, in the Atlanta airport, in her wheelchair. Delta airlines says they provide safe, accessible travel to all of their passengers. That includes providing an employee to transport physically disabled persons to and from their flights and to their shuttle. An employee accompanied my mother when she got off of her plane arriving in Atlanta from Charlotte. This employee was obligated to transport her where she needed to go. Due to her first flight being delayed, she missed her connecting flight in Atlanta, and had to stay the night until the connection could be made in the morning. They provided her with a voucher to a local hotel and a shuttle to that hotel. The employee who met her at the gate was obligated to help her get to that shuttle so she could get to her hotel in time. As many of us may know, Atlanta airport is one of the largest. You might need to take a train to get from one area to the next. It would be very difficult for my mother to walk that distance with her cane, and that is why she needed a wheelchair. The inconsiderate, selfish employee of whom needed to transport my mother to her destination was coming to the end of his shift. He attempted to hand my mother off to another employee at the desk while she was getting her voucher. Told her it was the end of his shift and he had to clock out. She told him, "You can't leave her here". Her statement, and the way she stated it, made my mother feel like she was a piece of luggage. She ignored it and let the employee take her on her way. She just wanted him to take her to her shuttle so that she could get to her hotel and rest. That did not happen. He strolled my mother along for a moment until they were out of site. They approached a gate, of which was empty, and he told her to wait here for an agent to come by. He left. She waited...and waited. No one ever came and assisted her. She was left like a piece of luggage in the middle of the Atlanta airport with no one around. My mother was treated like a bag that someone did not want to carry around anymore. This situation and the selfishness of that employee makes me think of who else could have been treated like this, or who else could be treated like this in the future. Help me spread this message so that something can be done about this issue. Delta has already been contacted, they do not care enough to do anything about it. I bet they will if this message gets heard by their potential future passengers."

Due to a smaller plane we have to stow most of our carry on below which caused a bit of chaos while disembarking trying to retrieve bags and hustle to the next flights. Since I knew before leaving YYZ we were quite delayed my husband drove to ORD to pick me up instead of waiting 24hr for the next flight to St. Louis. It added 8 hours of driving for him to an already long day but we made the best of it."

Cons: "I had a connecting flight in DFW to BOS. My plane left late from OKC, giving very little time to get to my connecting flight in DFW. The flight arrived in BOS and I got to the gate at 6:15pm; with a flight departure of 6:25pm. I felt the gate agent handled the situation very poorly. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

The crew was friendly but seemed very confused as if it was their first time working together. Announcements were choppy And confusing. They also asked me to pay 190 dollars extra to sit with my husband. Not the best experience"

The person wheeling me didn't think we'd make it to my gate on time----she practically had to run!! As we passed an agent, she asked if they'd call ahead to let them know I was coming. The agent told her they wouldn't hold the plane for me if we didn't make it. I don't know if they did, but I was the last person to board. Thank God!!!!"

I feel that more of them should be available to those of us who need to go such a long distance to our next gate. We barely made it in my wheelchair and had I had to walk that distance, I NEVER would have made my flight to Billings. Also, agents should be able to contact a gate to let them know that a person is having difficulty getting to their next gate!!!"

Cons: "I flew to Charlotte, NC last week from Houston with my husband for a funeral. The flight there went smoothly and we used the United app to check in and get our boarding passes. When it came time to check in for our flight home my husband was able to get his boarding pass, but they said mine was unavailable. Obviously concerned I called United. After being on hold for over an hour I was able to speak to a representative. I was told that I hadn't show up for my flight to Charlotte... so they had canceled the returning flight. Not only was I on that flight my boarding pass was scanned twice (one at security and once during boarding). The representative then told me to go to the airport the next day and "try" to explain what happened. I don't know if this was some sort of glitch in the system, but I was very concerned and upset that someone could be on a flight with no record of them being on the plane... and that I was having to spend 2 hours trying to figure out if I could go home after a very stressful day... during a time when I should have been with my family. The next day I had to show up the the airport extra early while the representative there tried to figure out how to reactivate my ticket. Overall, an awful experience... I don't think I will be flying with United again anytime soon."

I slept in the parking lot due to the fact the locksmith could only open the doors and could not cut new electronic keys until morning. I am extremely enraged over this incident. I know the keys were contained in this article due to the fact that the Keychain was left on top, without keys. After sprinting to the connecting flight they stated they had already stopped boarding even though we were five minutes earlier then departure time. We had to take another flight in the morning ended up costing a days worth of time and a lot of extra expense."

Plans by all airlines and the airport should be in place, including hiring more workers, to make the flow and the flights work better. Sometimes cancellations can't be avoided, but there should be a better alternative than being told that the next flight will be seven days later."

Cons: "I was not allowed to e-check in... you don't participate in TSA Precheck and to add insult to everything else, when I showed up to the ticket counter to check in (because you don't allow e-check in) I was charge for my carry on bag. ... obviously the reason you don't allow e-check in. Who travels without a bag??? this is absolutely absurd. On the plane I was even charged for coffee and a glass of water... pathetic... When I asked why they parroted the obviously programmed response that management trained them to say "we're required to charge for that, it's our business model". On the way back I was again forced to check in at the ticket counter. I was asked if I wanted to check my bag or if I was going to carry on... I said carry on and the agent did not charge me. When I was boarding the plane the agent pulled me out of line and made me wait until an agent could come to the counter. They told me that the fact that the ticket counter agent didn't charge me was them not doing their job but that they were going to charge me $60 for the bag despite the fact that they "normal" fee is $45. I asked why I was being penalized because the agent didn't do their job????? Their response was "that's our business model". So let me get this straight, the model is mislead me into buying your ticket with what looks like a cheaper price, then don't let me e-check so that the ticket counter can "forget" to charge me the bag fee so that you can charge me more when I have no choice at the boarding gate..... then when I'm good and mad and trapped on your crappy jump seat (that doesn't recline) you charge me for water... You're airlines scumbag tricks and hidden fees are insulting and I hope people see this before they get suckered into buying from you.... You suck suck suck... and I'll NEVER use you again."

Pros: "Not sure what you mean by "Food" and "Entertainment". There were none and none expected. Frontier is a funky airline. Its website is misleading. After you've bought your ticket, it suggests that you have to pay extra for a seat and for your bags (even carry-on). I was a first-time Frontier customer and I didn't pay those extras on-line and never was charged for them. I'm not complaining -- they just need to get their act together. All in all, a decent routine air travel experience."
