Cons: "Plane was delayed multiple times resulting in 4 GATE CHANGES - and NONE of them were announced! I only knew because of my app. Boarding was ok once it finally happened. Plane was hot hot hot. Was bumped to Premium but no real advantage. Ran out of snack choices by row 10 where I was. No chocolate or “specials” for being Gold."

Cons: "Flight was delayed almost 2 hours and when we finally boarded, we were delayed almost another hour because the lights weren’t working. I was trying to get home with my twin two year olds so they could see their grandfather who has brain cancer and not much time left. Besides the very nice flight attendant, it was probably the worst flight experience I’ve had."

Cons: "They cancelled my 5:30 pm flight and text me that they put me on a 6a.m. flight the next morning without offering me a hotel or anything. I had to make new arrangements myself and the only option was to fly out earlier in the day and lose a day of sightseeing and time with family that I made the trip for in the first place. I had to race to the airport to get there in time. It ruined our trip."

The Comfort+ seats were well worth the upgrade, with the spacious seats and two checked bags! I’ll consider traveling this way or business class in future.

My only real issue was that when I booked this flight through Kayak, I somehow booked via BudgetAir.com (though I was on your website.) Due to this, I was unable to access boarding passes coming or going via the Kayak app, or the Allegient app. Luckily I was able to print them prior to leaving home (and the resort printed them for on the way back), but using this site is definitely something I'll have to consider for my trip. I should have been able to access boarding passes electronically via the app regardless.

Late arrival flight arrived in BWI and I missed connecting flight in CLT to mobile. I had to wait 6.5 hours for next flight.
Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.
After pulling away from the gate we sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes with hardly any explanation from the captain. Rows seem more cramped than before.
Our flight was delayed for the following reason. No captain for our initial departure time with pushed our departure time back by two hours and to make matters worse there was a rain delay. American Airlines needs to do better with staffing the flights
Unlike other airlines, did not allow for basic economy flexibility for new COVID spike. Disappointing.
I think the flight attendant and first class was terrific, but whoever had to work in coach where I say didn’t seem happy about it, extremely mediocre service, not friendly, just putting 1 foot in front of the other. Just seemed “over it.”

Cons: "Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day."
