You lost my luggage!!! How frustrating!!! Now they can’t find one of our bags!!!! I really don’t have time for this!!!
The Delta flight was delayed for maintenance issue. The crew is also delayed and I’ve been there at the same time as I was so it was really outside the hands of crew directly. However, where Delta failed was there was about eight other ways for me to get to my final destination and they did not offer changes beyond the initial one. The flight was delayed five hours when they had to change my connecting flight they had to downgrade my premium class for so far zero compensation and I’m still waiting on the results of a formal complaint. All in all this was the worst experience I’ve had with Delta in quite some time
Connection from Asheville to NYC was over a hour later to ATL… Though Delta got me a room and meal vouchers still wasted hours of my time getting to be where I needed to be. W.:.

Cons: "Crew wasn’t as attentive. While my first flight (I had a layover) seemed extra attention and care was put into the cleanliness and order due to Covid, second flight seemed to be a little overcrowded."

Cons: "I wasn't able to connect my ipad to the free wifi for any of my four flights."
Cons: "Seats could have been more comfortable. No space. Food made me sick."

When the flight was delayed for almost three hours, notification sent when you are already on the way to the airport, agents on AA counter give you promises which are not real… then any food or entertainment does not make the flight better.
Loved the leg room but hate I had to pay to get it!!
After boarding our plane we sat for 20 minutes and then we’re told we needed to deplane and board another plane due to a leak. This added another 2 hrs to our travel time and then we needed to board our long haul flight of 15 hours! Our seats were very cramped…was not expecting this for a long haul plane ride. Very uncomfortable. The drink and food service were not often enough to be able to stay hydrated. I have been on long flights where the stewards would walk the aisles with water to insure you were hydrated. The flight was a smooth one and the landing was exceptional.

Cons: "The crew is just over it all. They are Tired & put out by the job. They cannot even pretend to like their jobs. Quite unfortunate."

Pros: "The seat was super Uncomfortable. Squished Middle seat that I paid $37 for (w/Priority boarding, see below). What a ripoff. The seat was designed specifically to torture passengers, of this I am certain."
Cons: "I paid for a seat upgrade that included "Priority Boarding", For AA, that meant Group 5 out of 9. WTF?? Clearly Bait and Switch - there's a big placard at every AA boarding gate that states: Priority Boarding 1-4 (to the Left) and "Main Boarding" 5-9 (to the Right). Fraudulent, clearly."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for a few hours, the plane was tiny and uncomfortable."
Cons: "Counter at Asheville, point of origin for the flight, was unattended at recommended arrival time. Attendant, when he finally appeared, seemed, to this traveler at least, unengaged, abrupt, even rude, certainly not as welcoming and helpful ad other UA counter attendants at busier airports and at more demanding times. The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day."
Cons: "Flight delayed. Did not have service till an hour + into the flight as someone was sick and all staff was attending to that situation. Luggage was 30+ minutes delayed. Ugh, I had my pick up constantly having to circle the pu area!"

Pros: "Our tickets did not come with seat assignments. Some kind soul, (the nice young lady who checked us in at the airport perhaps?) assigned us two seats together near the front in economy plus. We really enjoyed those spacious, convenient seats! Also, the entertainment (movies) were free and recent."
Cons: "Honestly, nothing. This was one of our best flights home from Europe with United."
