Cons: Check your planes thoroughly before placing passengers on it. The pressurized cabin almost killed us!!

Cons: Food was awful service main cabin mediocre at best I don’t think delta realizes how important all the customers are not just business class as we do have choice out there throwing the piece of chocolate out there at the end to a horrible experience doesn’t make it ok

Cons: Organization of entry gates. Sat in the plane for about 30 min after landing.

Cons: Flight attendant in First class was visibly frustrated and unfriendly. He was not helping with my simple request for a blanket. Also, the were no food service in first class.

Pros: Nice plane, good service and pilots, great landing - no issues at all.

Cons: Cramped seats, rude flight attendant

Pros: The A330 was comfortable and the crew was efficient and cheerful.

Cons: Delta is the best experience we've had of late.

Pros: Crew was absolutely amazing!

Cons: Delta check in was HORRIBLE! I was charged for a bag check in and had to take my bag through security and they threw away my cologne and razors.

Cons: sat on the tarmac for 3 hours because the pilot was late.

Cons: Left seven hours later than I anticipated Some passengers were rebooked on earlier flights while others told to go with same flight flying later Very very disorganized

Cons: Not really an experienced flyer. Overall the flight seemed good. No issues with airline or airport. Just don’t understand self-important people that feel compelled to push the overhead storage limits with their bags.

Pros: The fight was very professionally carried out.

Cons: The gate agent hurried ineffectively to board our slightly delayed flight (around 10 min). She left open the Priority Lane and boarded all pax there, having to step 4 steps to the left to scan every boarding pass.

Pros: The plane was nice, entertainment options were great, pilot was super kind.
