Cons: "Crew wasn’t as attentive. While my first flight (I had a layover) seemed extra attention and care was put into the cleanliness and order due to Covid, second flight seemed to be a little overcrowded."

Cons: "My mother, Linda Thompson, has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Along with this condition, stress can bring on non-epileptic seizures. My mother has had to endure one of these seizures due to the stress that this incident had put her through. As my mother's power of attorney, I am helping her vocalize this incident that she has experienced. The image below shows the spot where she was left, in the Atlanta airport, in her wheelchair. Delta airlines says they provide safe, accessible travel to all of their passengers. That includes providing an employee to transport physically disabled persons to and from their flights and to their shuttle. An employee accompanied my mother when she got off of her plane arriving in Atlanta from Charlotte. This employee was obligated to transport her where she needed to go. Due to her first flight being delayed, she missed her connecting flight in Atlanta, and had to stay the night until the connection could be made in the morning. They provided her with a voucher to a local hotel and a shuttle to that hotel. The employee who met her at the gate was obligated to help her get to that shuttle so she could get to her hotel in time. As many of us may know, Atlanta airport is one of the largest. You might need to take a train to get from one area to the next. It would be very difficult for my mother to walk that distance with her cane, and that is why she needed a wheelchair. The inconsiderate, selfish employee of whom needed to transport my mother to her destination was coming to the end of his shift. He attempted to hand my mother off to another employee at the desk while she was getting her voucher. Told her it was the end of his shift and he had to clock out. She told him, "You can't leave her here". Her statement, and the way she stated it, made my mother feel like she was a piece of luggage. She ignored it and let the employee take her on her way. She just wanted him to take her to her shuttle so that she could get to her hotel and rest. That did not happen. He strolled my mother along for a moment until they were out of site. They approached a gate, of which was empty, and he told her to wait here for an agent to come by. He left. She waited...and waited. No one ever came and assisted her. She was left like a piece of luggage in the middle of the Atlanta airport with no one around. My mother was treated like a bag that someone did not want to carry around anymore. This situation and the selfishness of that employee makes me think of who else could have been treated like this, or who else could be treated like this in the future. Help me spread this message so that something can be done about this issue. Delta has already been contacted, they do not care enough to do anything about it. I bet they will if this message gets heard by their potential future passengers."

Cons: "I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight."

When we got to the airport and checked in they did not put me and my traveling partner together meaning they didn't see them together not to mention. Our flight was delayed and we only have 4 minutes to get from gate a to gate. We got to the gate collected our boarding passes found out we were seated at the very very very back of the plane right next to the restrooms.........NICE"

Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

Never again."

There wasn't any food on the three flights but a cookie waffle thing and that was all I had during the 13ish hours I was on planes. The staff was super awesome and nice. Space wasn't any different than other planes, but tight on the first flight. I got lucky on the last two."

What is the sence of taking a carry on when you are going to pay $90.00 round trip. Makes no sence to me. I hope u do reply back. Other than that everything was good."

Flight was an hour delayed due to passengers not getting to the gate because of slow security and understaffing at Frontier ticket counter. This causes late arrival in Denver and then we couldn't get a gate t park so we sat on the tarmac for another 45 minutes. Poor initial performance by Frontier caused a chain of events that made everyone frustrated."

Cons: "They use tablet devices for purchasing drinks and snacks. When you swipe your card and go to sign, it gives you Tipping options. I didn't really feel like tipping a Flight Attendant for handing me a soda and two mini bottles, but they're staring right at you, so you kind of feel obliged. :-( Seats have less padding, but okay for a short flight."

Cons: "We booked this flight well in advance and had confirmation for it. Imagine our dismay when we received a notification a few days before our trip that our connecting flight from Denver to Salt Lake City was changed to 10 hours later. When we arrived in Denver, we went to the customer service desk and was told that the flight we had booked didn't have any seats for us and we would have to take the later flight. No explanation. It was scheduled to leave on time, just that they had no room for us even though we had a confirmation number for that flight. I don't know if the responsibility was with Frontier airlines or our booking agency, but rest assured I will not use either one of them again."

After a good deal of arguments ( this is an understatement- they refused to listen to me initially as their flight was overbooked) I was offered a different flight arriving about 5 hours later on a different airport (Newark instead of Philadelphia). I flew from Philadelphia & had left my car at Philadelphia airport! Since I had no choice, as I could not miss work, I had to take that flight. Needless to say -arriving at midnight on a different airport & then go back to the airport I flew from , to pick my car, is another story !!"

Kiosk did not accept my name. Went to Spirit counter (again). Found out that the website put my first and middle name together as one name. Was told Spirit is working on correcting problems with their website. Seems to me that Spirit needs to hire more IT people. I will not be flying Spirit again....."

Cons: "After 7-8 hours of delay after delay they boarded everyone onto the plane, let us sit there for 5-10 minutes and then asked us get off the plane. They then proceeded to tell us due to weather our flight would be cancelled. I stood in line for 2 hours for them to tell me the next flight our was not for another 5 days. They also did not place me in a hotel, thankfully I had a friend that lived close to the airport and I was able to crash there. I asked for my money back and rebooked my trip with Deta airlines. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way."

Pros: "A few (very few) helpful clerks in the end that got me a seat home."
Cons: "Other than the usual Spirit surprise up charges for basic services included in other airlines (which should be factored into the Kayak search engines more clearly from the start), the seats did not recline and minimal leg room made for a very uncomfortable flight from FL to CA. The topping on the cake was a cancelled flight getting home Ft. Lauderdale to St. Thomas. The 1250pm flight was delayed to 6pm due to weather even though several other flights were flying that same route at that time. Then the 6pm flight was cancelled due to weather. It was the lack of professionalism, accommodations and communications that followed that were horrendous. They would not address the group directly so we had to find out from the people at the front of the line trying to rebook that there were no seats available until Saturday and Sunday. It was Weds. They were not going to accommodate us in any way with the exception of refunding us for that leg. In my case that would have been a little over $100. Flights on other airlines were over $700. Families who could not afford that cancelled their vacations to St. Thomas. People, like myself, that were simply trying to get home got booked on Sunday flights. They put us on stand by but were unwilling to give us seats that were available. Finally, on Friday with making enough fuss and talking to the right people they reluctantly gave us seats. It appeared that because we had seats on Sunday that we were in no way a priority. Very disappointed, mostly for everyone who was trying to visit my island and said they will never come here. Thanks Spirits."

Pros: "The LAX terminal that Spirit flies out of is pretty good. There are nice dining options, but definitely not enough seats for the number of people flying out of the terminal."
Cons: "To start, I wasn't able to print a boarding pass onlinex for a short domestic flight, I usually don't prepare until the day of, so the fact that I even followed their directions to check in 24-1 hour before my flight seemed not too matter. After three successive attempts in different browsers, the website told me I would need to print my boarding pass at the terminal. Add this to the fact that my flight was during rush hour trafffic, and I needed to speed to get to the airport. This was both stressful and a nuisance. Spirit charged me $100 total for a single carry-on bag. Add that to the price of the ticket and it was just as much to fly to Oakland as a similar flight to San Francisco on another carrier. The staff was courteous, but could barely manage the crowd through all of the delays. An hour long flight was delay over an hour defeating the purpose of flying with Spirit. The seats are very tiny, and I am not even that tall (5' 11"). The seats also don't decline. Would never fly Spirit again. This is the first and last time I do so."

Cons: "This flight was cancelled, Spirit was unable/unwilling to book me on a flight on a different airline and I had to pay $344 out of pocket for a Jet Blue flight the next day. This was on Thursday, Spirit offered to get me to my destination on SUNDAY! They also did not pay for my hotel room so I had to pay for that out of pocket as well. Will never fly Spirit again. Spend the extra money and go with someone else - you'll probably end up having to spend it anyway!"

You should consider changing your airline's name. "Spirit" should only evoke positive thoughts.....I know there was a weather issue but other airlines delayed their flights; they did not cancel them!!!!"

I finally understand the low flight cost, because the consumer gets cheated on the bag prices."
