Flight was delayed 24 hours. Text message was sent on route that the flight was on time. Mechanical problems.
The crew made your needs a top priority which was nice. This trip was my first time flying British Airways, I normally fly United, but the price was too good to pass up. I will definitely be using BA in the future from now on. Overall a great experience!

The flight attendants were very nice & accommodating. Everyone made you feel welcomed and valued. The food was fresh and you could tell there was a lot of detail put into the trays, they were well presented.
No complaints, it was really a great experience.
The drinks were great, however the food specifically the salmon meal (Great Britain breakfast) seemed to be missing something. The stewardess mentioned my partner to have the chicken as there was only a portion of the meal. But, I paid £24 for the meal. Although, the vegan and veggie meals were great!
Next time I will pay more attention to the two row seating and pay for seats in that area of the plane. Other than that, good service.

The wifi was not working, but we still had in flight entertainment.
Requested for Hindu vegetarian meal by call and was informed we would receive on flight. Got on flight to find that Hindu vegetarian does not exist. Starved on both legs of flight. That is almost 24 hours. Plane should keep extras and customer service should give correct information.
Service and comfort: roomy seating. Comfortable enough to sleep. This is unusual for me.

screaming and kicking child behind my seat, with no way to "escape". I had a severe cold and that was certainly not something I needed, I tried to get some rest, but that was impossible. The seats are getting smaller and smaller, hardly any legroom whatsoever. Also, what I had planned on bringing on the aircraft as carry on (which was my work equipment, tablet/printer etc), I had to check in as luggage because it was "overweight" meaning more than 8 kg and pay ADDITIONAL $200 (in addition to the $100 I already paid for one suitcase). I've seen many passengers with "heavy" carry on, which they were apparently allowed to bring into the cabin without any problems. I had never had to pay for any carry on, and I am seriously considering using another airline for future business travel.

How on earth did my i arrived lagos and only one out of my two bags showed up, i have to extend my stay in lagos and hoping my bag will come the next day, i have to pay $100 extra just to extend my one-night hotel booking to two nights. Someone really need to get fired, as i wasn't the only one with the same issue and it has been long going, i only hope my bag shows up
The movie and television options were fairly good.
I usually enjoy the BA flight from London to Austin, but this flight was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were cramped, and when the woman in front of me leaned her seat back, I didn't have enough space on my tray table to even keep a laptop fully open. The food (chicken casserole) was also terrible, and the airline ran out of other lunch options by the time they got to the back row where I was seated.
My husband and I paid a combined $100 to reserve seats on our flight from LAX to London. When we got to check-in at LAX airport we did not get our reserved seats. Everything had been changed around. We did not even have seats next to each other. Upon complaining at arrival in London (there was no time at LAX to deal with this, as usual that airport was one chaotic mess) we were given a British Airways business card with a phone number that did not work/had been disconnected. I would like to get the $100 reservation fee back. Thank you.
The re-routed , 5 hr late, flight (to Gatwick) was comfortable but we were left to track down BA reps to get a hotel voucher at 01:30 with the airport shut down.

Terrible customer service both on the phone before the flight, but Especially from the gate agent. Wow she was really horrible.
The flight attendants on board were good! They helped get everything straight. Easily could have been handled by the incompetent gate agent. Wow.

The outbound crew was terrific. The flight itself was fine. We even arrived early.
Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare.
