Pros: Everything was good. First class meal was tasty.

Cons: There was a cat underneath my seat and meowed the entire flight keeping everyone in the plane up. Some animals should not be allowed on red-eye flights.

Cons: Boarding was very slow and agents switches my seat without notifying me. Had to wait in long line twice.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The crew was friendly and kind, seats were comfy, overall great!

Cons: The pilot's voice was really loud on the flight, shocking me out of my sleep a couple of times (I think our seats were right below the speaker). Strangely enough, the flight attendant's voice was at a normal volume. This is probably just a little tech issue...

Pros: The crew was nice and helpful, especially when my son was feeling sick after the landing. One of the crew members immediately got up and grabbed us a ginger ale and pretzels.

Cons: Although we landed on time there wasn’t a gate for us to pull up to. So we had to wait on the runway for an hour before being able to pull up to an available gate.

Pros: The crew and the duration of the flight

Cons: The comfort and the food

Cons: The constant updates on delays was pretty miserable.

Cons: Other than at meals, No crew around to distribute water on a 9-10 hour flight. Crew not very nice when we were asking for water. Completely dehydrated on arrival. Ground crew very charming.
